    Why would courses be obsolete? It’s still a challenge to make chips/puts

    Used to love playing with Balatas as a kid but man those ball would tear so easily

    weren’t the titleist HP2 balls their first high performance two piece offering? I loved cutting balls in half as a kid and remember being so surprised at how different the hp2 looked vs the balatas and others

    I would say no,the courses are not obsolete, because the majority of recreational golfers can't break 100.

    Nice to hear so much details of the early golf balls, thank you for sharing. If the earliest golf balls were discovered in the Netherlands can we say that golf was invented by the Dutch?
