- There seems have been more railroad activity than I thought up at the old tourist railroad boarding site in Central City, Colorado. Lots of track has been laid and a handful of narrow gauge cars are now sitting where No. 71 and her train once sat on display and where two defunct tourist railroads once boarded passengers. Please share if you know the details. For more info: alpinetunnel.blogspot.com/202...

I was there last year, so this proves work has been done since then, which is a good sign.
Their website mentions finalizing work to get No. 71 moved by early 2022. Since that didn't happen by that date, I figured the project was finished. All this work there suggests that it is still moving along.
@searchingforthecsnarrowgau8853 Same with Facebook. They certainly aren't telling anyone about it...which I find odd.
My favorite video of yourself so far. I absolutely loved it keep up the good work!
Will do! Thanks!

Glad you liked it!
It ran in 1988 & 1989 as I rode both years.
I visited the railroad for the first time in 1990. My family and I hoped to ride behind No. 71. Brochures advertised that it would be running that summer even. Unfortunately, we arrived and everything was just sitting there with not a soul in sight. I found out years later that the line went bankrupt somewhere between '89 and '90.
