I didn't realize fondant had agar in it. I have a package on agar in the pantry, but assume fondant is hard to make.
The white flowers made such a difference! And I love the ristra you have hanging in the background!

instead of using corn starch can you use flour, what happens if you don't use anything does the fondant just stick to the counter or something?

I am making an Alice in wonderland cake for my grand baby first birthday. Any tips for transporting one of these cakes? I’ll post pics soon as it’s done
I would not put the Dogwood with it, I feel it doesn't fit. I like the ideas, but separately. Personally, I would add the Dogwood to a cake that is white, or light pink, etc. However, I learned about about cutting, and preparing a white cake, as well as decorating with fondant. Thank you for the helpful information. Appreciate you Duff, and have enjoyed watching you and the team for years now.
