      As the user above said, the 76/62 mm Super Rapido has a rate of 120 rounds/minute.
      🟥But I want to point out that what he said about the Vulcano is wrong.
      The Italian 76/62mm has special ammunition which are:
      🟦1) Standard Ammunitions: HE-FFS/MOM/SAPOM/SAPOMER with 16-20km of range, good precision for destroy Ships(MOM, SAPOM, SAPOMER) and Cruiser Missiles(MOM, HE-FFS).
      Fact: MOM ammunition = Multi-role ammo(for destroy both ships and cruiser missiles)
      🟦2) Special ammunition/New Gen:
      a) DART guided ammunition with 5-8km of range for destroy Drone, Aircraft and Sub-SuperSonic cruise missile.
      b) Vulcano GPS/IR: 40-45km of range for ONLY coastal bombing and naval battles(and not for Air-targets).
      c)Vulcano Unguided: 30km of range, less precision of the Vulcano GPS/IR but better precision than the standard ammunitions.

    • @ClaudeMagicbox
      @ClaudeMagicbox Před rokem +8

      76/62 rapid fire, can also use the Vulcano series of guided sabots with Vulcano-3 being able to engage land or sea targets up to 40k range, the round goes up in a very steep climb to 25.000 meters and then comes down almost vertical and GPS/IR guided striking the target at very high speed

    • @CriscCiaddu
      @CriscCiaddu Před rokem

      Hi @ClaudeMagicBox
      Vulcano-3 is the GPS Vulcano.
      🟥The versions of the Vulcano Ammunition(127mm) are:
      1) Vulcano Unguided: 35-40km range(25-30km for the 76mm)
      2) Vulcano BER(Ballistic Extended Range): =>60km range.
      3) Vulcano GLR(Guided Long Range): =>80km range(40-45km for the 76/62mm).
      The GLR can increase the attack range with IR or SAL seeker systems up to 120km.
      🟥The only flaw (as I wrote above) is that the Vulcano cannot shoot down aerial targets, so it must be accompanied by the anti missile/aircraft DART ammunition.

      The Type-45 however has a better gun than 76mm gun, perfect for coastal bombardment and is more effective for fighting other ships due to its superior caliber and attack range.
      Regarding the engine, it will certainly not be the ship that has a few more knots speed to make the difference in war, so even the Type-45 remains incredible 😉
      The EMPAR🇮🇹 and SAMPSON🇬🇧 Radars are said in the forums that they are similar, but they have no sources to make comparisons as no company would allow themselves to release classified of modern Weapons data to the public, but the SAMPSON has an advantage because it is an AESA Radar, while the EMPAR is a PESA.

    The actual most significant class of the German Marine is called the "Sachsen Class", there are three of them the "Sachsen", "Hamburg", and "Hessen" so it cannot be called a "flagship".
