Can u do rushes with other characters as well? I only have a level 34 3 star Subzero Level 44 2 star Batman and a Level 33 2 star Green arrow those are my only top characters also i was just wondering can Superman Batman or cyborg or Green Arrow Or even Black Canary?
you can do rushes with every character. The range of the rush varies but once cornered, it doesn't matter.

Bro what to do with the server lag. Thats in usa. You will get around 200ms ping. Do you use any vpn or something like that?
No ,I didn't use any vpn. Playing on your local network will be helpful I'll say and reduce the lag

Yes, you can use any character to do it but the opponent needs to be combo interruptible.

Multiverse White Canary, All Flashes, Justice League Cyborg, All Supergirl /Power Girl, All Doctor Fates, Shazam (It is 2 hit combo interruptible, so you'll have to wait for it to do 2 hits), Aquamans. These are the one I'm remembering on the top of my head. If you have doubts, feel free to ask. 😊

Which device are you trying and against which boss? DF and Brainiac are not combo interruptible bosses.
