To everyone commenting or thinking about commenting on the vet's makeup, eyelashes, or hair..... Would you judge a well groomed male vet? It literally makes no difference in her intelligence, skill, or competence. She's still done the work to become a vet (and probably done more schooling than you) and is qualified to help her patients, which is all that matters.
People are ignorant. Who cares if she likes to do her hair and makeup? Has nothing to do with her job.
out of over 100 comments only two people (other than you) talked about her appearance...
I was curious so I went and looked, the first 3 mentioned lashes/1 was lips and for some reason not wanting your animal to be treated by someone with them I think it said. Thatâs crazy! At least the rest are all positive.
...have you completely missed all the comments Chris gets all the time? In case you never noticed, he is male, attractive, and fans notice if he so much as gets a haircut
Yes when he looks like he does botox for breakfast until looking like a monster
That's the thing about dogs. No matter how much pain they're in, no matter how miserable they may feel, the tail keeps wagging. (And some dogs, when they're very happy, the whole DOG wags!
meh i prefer cats still
that dalmatian is a perfect patient
Isnt it just nice when you're constantly being wacked by a joyful dogs tail?
No really its adorable!

I love dogs that are "smilers.' I used to have a greyhound who was a great smiler - her favorite phrase was "good girl." I miss that silly hound.
I like the way she smiled. This just reminds me I once had a Dalmatian and to get this big old grin on her face
Dalmationd have a very special and unique Smile đ€Łđđđđ
My great auntie has had loads of Dalmatians and all of them could smile!đđ
That's exactly what my goldendoodle does
That Dalmatian is an absolute angel.
Alex is so sweet. She kisses all the doggies...so nice. I would love a vet like that one
what a sweet, calm dog is this Dalmatian. she is watching them intently as they prepare to give her intravenous drip.
this woman is a really good vet!
I get flashbacks to my dog when I watch these videos. He just did not care what you did to him, he would just get comfy and fall asleep. But he was a force of destruction when it came to playing. He even broke a door one time. I will always miss him, he passed away at 9 years old this year. He was a 115 pound mass of love, wrinkles, and drool. He was my moose
I really like Alex she seems like such a sweet vet that really cares about the animals she treats. Sheâs also very good at explaining everything thatâs going on I feel included đđ

Sorry to be off topic but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account?

@Franklin Ronan Instablaster :)
Even on operating Theatre she is still looking her babies !!! Beautiful motherâs instinct !!!!!
Awww, mama doggo was so proud of her babies! Slightly confused over that there was two more than when she fell asleep but so proud and wanted to show them to her two legged mama
I really like this version. It doesnât leave off on a cliffhanger to switch to another animal. This way is good
"Full episode" not a cutout of the episode
I liked the old crew better because they had more personality and better empathy. Easier to relate with the old crew.
Crystine Fujimoto no
@@watermelon520b l
@@crystinefujimoto755 I feel the same way like her personality is keeping me watching but the gaps in between are making me feel like I'm watching a slow drama And I just want to get to the good part. With the other version of the show they were jumping to keep your attention and this feels more like a TV show then the normal fast pace. So we're gonna do ultrasound and they don't show you the 20 minutes of shaving the dog and the 20 minutes of the actual ultrasound its gap filler and some people lose interest in those gaps. That's what this feels like Like a youtuber who explained something more than once and you know damn well their trying to stretch the video to 10 minutes so they could add another add but your not interested and you just want to fast forwarding but you can't skip the ads.
Itâs sad how many people donât know you can often resuscitate stillborn pups. You should ALWAYS try to bring them back, a lot of the time where you think a pup is dead they actually come back so it is always worth a try and you have nothing to lose only to gain in trying.
Are You Mad Bro? XD Maybe they tried and Alex and the vet team knows obviously how Bailey had 5 pups thats the norm I wish that one could have lived but you can't save them sometimes I am sure they would have tried
I agree my daughter was about 9 when she saw pups being born and one wasn't breathing! So she manages to give it mouth to mouth resuscitation ! It worked! đ„°đđ¶đđđ
It always comforting to watch videos like this where people care for their pets as opposed to other videos showing peoples terrible cruelty and neglect towards their pets. I suppose the world will always be divided between good and evil people.
My dog had the same symptoms that dalmatian did and I took her back and forth to the vet countless times and got a few different opinions and spared no expense and she ended up not making it. She threw up constantly and had really bad bloody diarrhea and she lost half her body weight and couldn't even stand up or hold her potty anymore. I ended up putting her down because she wouldn't have survived till her next appointment. I couldn't watch her suffer anymore. I wish I knew about this illness sooner. My baby could have been here with me still. She was young, she was only 8. I guess not all vets know about this, not even a specialist. Rest in peace Shimmer. You will be forever missed ⥠4/14/2011-3/6/2020

I wish they fed me that well in the hospital.
Who cares about her pedigree, she's a bundle of love.
I love your channel. I really liked the dog that smiled. I used to have a dog that smiled. Years ago, I was living in the boondocks of Missouri. This dog came up to me and was limping. I could see its leg was hurt. I had an old dilapidated shed, and the dog recovered in there. I put an antibiotic on the wound and fed and watered him. The first time he smiled at me (full teeth) I thought it was a snarl. But his ears were relaxed and tail wagging. I knew then he was a smiler.
I had that experience to! a smile can look like a growl from a Dalmatian! đ„°đđ¶đ
I LOVE THE GRINNING DALMATIAN LOL my brother had a DALMATIAN named Dallas and she was so silly and sweet
As a first time dog mum these videos are very helpful and I love Alex she is lovely and reminds me of my baby boys vet.
Seeing live babies is such a miracle of life and heartwarming to watch. Thank you for showing us
I had a dalmatian when I was little. She was also a smiler. This sweet girl made me think of her! Thank you for caring so much for all the animals!!!
What a charming and beautiful dalmatian and she CAN STEAL YOUR HEART IN AN INSTANT WITH THAT GORGEOUS SMILE. đșđ€Łâ„ïž
Right! I was like my life is no longer complete! I want my dogs to smile at me like that!
Dr Alex radiates warmth and calm competence. Wish she was in more eps.
Dr. Alex is such a sweet caring vet, and pretty too. She clearly has a lot of know- how in her field.
I am just in love with this show! No matter what animal they are caring for, no matter which doctor is highlighted, itâs an amazing experience. I grew up having dogs in my home. We never had a dog since Iâve been married. The kids are gone, itâs time!!
We had a rat terrier. She was really fast on four feet. My parents have her 1/2 sister. Bailey didn't want to leave her puppies during her ultrasound. During her bath she kept looking for them. Such a good mom.
OMG, Zuraâs little smile is the cutest!!!
Everytime I watch one of these Bondi puppy births, I immediately start crying the minute I hear those puppy screams. The resus part is always so scary!
Poor little stoned out terrier. Lol. Too bad cane toads are so deadly. That's a bad trip, for sure!

Let us know what the vet says about his limp. Good luck!
My dalmatian minnie is turning 10 years old in a few months. Dalmatians are wonderful dogs. Good luck with your puppy Simon.
Iâm sorry my dog has a limp but it cant be fixed he still has a happy life though
Budda the Jack Russell and the Dalmation we both exceptionally sweet dogs.
Dr. Alex is just such a spectacular vet! She impresses me everytime I watch her.
Oh my gosh, she smiles just like my poodle would when I was a kid!
She is a wonderful lady that has a big heart and so does her husband
Iâm addicted to this show. Helps me calm down before bedtime
I love it when vets truly do care with compassionate touches.
I live in a beautiful part of a coastal forest but the medical facilities are poor because there is no industry in this area. So good clean areas but not much for jobs. But we have an excellent, caring vet! Would that humans could get care comparable to the animals. We just know how lucky we are with our vet at least.
Good work Dr Alex đ đ
Can we just appreciate that the vets are saving animals lives day and night every day đ
what a beauty

I once had a Dalmatian and she would smile and people thought she was being mean but she was just smiling
They are smilers...lol

Smilers and grinners
Aw look at her smiling actually made my heart melt. This is why I want to work with animals, the love that you get is just unreal. I don't think I could be a vet though due to the euthanasia!
This new doctor is so genuine and sweet - I like her!
What a cute dalmatian
My dog had the same as this dalmatian. It was horrible, she had terrible bloody diarrhea, When I phoned my usual vet and told them they weren't worried and said to bring her in the next day. I wasn't happy with that so I found another vet who said to come right away. Good job I did as she was really ill. I now don't use that first vet.
How come all vets featured on Bondi Vet look like they are world class body builders on the weekend? They all look like amazing! Like they are the next evolution. Of the human race. Intelligent, passionate compassionate, fit..... Amazing people!

What a cute doggo! I hate it when these poor animals get sick. The way you all handle these animals with such care and respect, is amazing! I hope all you all have a great day/night!(or whenever you see this) I thank you for being there for these creatures. Thank you Bondi Vet! â€đ¶â€đ±
I love this vet! Feels like a masterclass at animals medicineâ€
I hope the dogs owner got her fixed while she was there. Clearly having puppies is a danger for her. Would not risk again. Too many animals with no homes as it is anyway.
ê§Cat Gê§ I totally agree I rescued both of my cats and they are soo loving xx
Actually there may be another valid argument here to the contrary of your suggestion. This looks a lot like a Hovawart. And if that is the case, there is a very good reason to approve of a planned litter of pups. Hovawart is an old race on the brink of extinction. There's a world wide rescue breeding program to restore their numbers after they were nearly wiped out in WW2 (only 60 or so remained in the world). They are an exceptionally healthy and resilient breed. The problems with this one are obviously because of two main reasons: first time mothers (of any breed) often need some guidance to conserve energy and use it efficiently; and having two dead pups inside can easily upset the whole process. Another possible reason I seem to have understood from the video, is that the pups were taken away from the mother right away, to let her work on the next. While this may be a practice in puppy farms to speed up deliveries, this is very unhealthy for pups and mom, because when pups stay with mom, she will lick them clean and give them a first feed immediately, and the licking triggers production of oxytocine (the hormone that makes animals bond with their peers and children, and the same hormone works in humans the same way, only we trigger it with hugs and cuddles, not with licking). Oxytocine strengthens the contractions, and especially first time mothers need these stronger contractions.
Unfortunately I couldn't properly see the required angles to confirm with 100% certainty that this is a Hovawart. Bad cameraman brought the dog only once entirely into frame, and that was when the vet carried her onto the table, tucking the tail in. Also bad editing. Even though this is a "human interest" program, the editor seems to sometimes forget that the show is about animals too... Anyway, from the walk into the ultrasound room, I think I caught enough of a glimpse of that tail to see that it was a fluffy feathered tail rather than a flag tail. With this dog in this video, that tail is the best differentiator between a Golden Retriever and a blonde Hovawart. There were not enough size indicators to use the size to identify the breed. Golden Retrievers have a flag tail (hair hangs down, and waves left to right while walking like a flag) while Hovawarts have a feathered tail (hair is equally thick all around the tail, and stays in position on the tail as it moves while walking - no waving).
Conclusion: IF it is a Hovawart, these pups more than likely are part of the breed rehab program to save them from extinction, and families have been found well before the due date. If it is "just" a Golden Retriever, your argument about enough animals that need adoption is fully valid =)) .
@@lukearts2954 at 32:00 you can get a little bit of a view of the tail too! i agree, it looks a bit more like a feathered tail than a flag but im no dog expert, just from what you're describing!
@@kuroishinblackheart thanks :) you're right, that's the best view of the tail... It's not completely definitive (it could be brushed and trimmed, but I don't see that very likely given the overall look of the dog) but it sure looks like the feathered tail. (and thanks for reading through my novel.... I have a few inhibition problems since my car crash, haha hard to stay on topic, and when on a topic that I'm passionate about, they tend to get very lengthy)
@@lukearts2954 it was interesting to read!! i love hearing when people know a lot about a topic and are invested in it so it got me excited too, and i'd never heard of the dog breed before! i hope you're doing well after your car crash too- i've been in one myself so i know it can be hard!
Also love how the Vet also helped carry the animal.
What a gorgeous smile she has. I am so glad Sora was better.
Amazing how the vet is compassionate through this all.
Such a lovely story about Bayley and her beautiful pups. It was so nice to see the interaction with the entire process. The Vet was superb with all of the hectic-ness, having the video camera watching her every move. Absolutely splendid for everyone involved.. oh how I love this program..

I remember a couple of guys at college who looked like that on the weekends......and they hadn't been licking cane toads.
My aunt's dog got his mouth on a bufo toad. He ended up needing to go into the animal emergency services facility in the area. This is the reason why even though my dog only likes certain things I will always watch out for the giant toads.
