In USA the house belongs to the state regardless of payment, skip one property tax payment and you quickly find out who owns the house.
That's soon coming to Africa too
For now they have already introduced rental tax
Anytime they will introduce property tax n we shall pay it for as long as we have to develope n be like first world countries .
Also in the states u can fail to get money to pay property tax for as long as you have been working n may be u retire,u have retirement benefits,nssf benefit not like here in africa where money is scarce
