@@bradyanderson6311 that's because Courage the Cowardly Dog is part of Cartoon Cartoons the Top 5 Countdown in Primetime from November 11th-15th, 2002 along with Dexter's Lab, Ed, Edd n Eddy, and The Powerpuff Girls at the time and it lasts from 7pm to 9pm

@@bradyanderson6311 at least Grim & Evil came back on Primetime in early 2003 and was shown at 8:30pm in between Johnny Bravo and Pokemon

In the future hopefully there will be more Cartoon Network commercials from Summer 2002 that includes the Coming Up next “Fist” bumper (Sailor Moon to Toonami) whoever uploads it in the future.
