Thx . ive been in ca for 40yrs ,this is the best video on the logistics of louisville. one problem...you didn't mention New Burg😊. in 23 i visited louisville. i never understood the highway system until your video.
Before the urban renewal projects of the 1970s, Louisville's North End was north of Main Street, west of Downtown. The areas which are today Portland and Shawnee.
4:28 you can take Dixie Hwy to the top of Michigan, not Maine. Just FYI.
I realized that after I had uploaded it, but yeah you are right. I just got my M states mixed up lol
Thank you for that great video. I lived in Louisville for about a year because I’m a pilot for UPS but I really never got a chance to see most of these areas since I was usually flying out of the country. I am considering buying a quadplex investment property in Louisville to live in one of the units. I’m still trying to choose a safe and desirable area with a good rental market but your video was a good start.
Let me know if you would like to chat.

Born and Raised in South end by Iroquois Park. The south end has gone downhill so fast it is embarrassing.
@@bijouxdoum6199 same I was born and raised in PRP, and it's not what it used to be, either. It makes me sad.
if i'm considering a job in elizabethtown, where is a good place to buy a house?
It would depend if youd like to live closer to the job or to Louisville for more things to do. give me a call or shoot me a text, and I'd be happy to help you figure out what area would best suit your needs. 502.677.3774.
E-Town is nice and no crime like Louisville
Where should I live if I want to be close to Churchill Downs ?
You really don't want to be close to Churchill Downs.
Taylor Blvd area and fourth St area. I was born and raised in Louisville and still living here.
You don’t want to live in that area it’s a shthole
You say to “avoid” the area I live in in the thumbnail, then never mention it in the vid. If you’re gonna run us down, tell us why…..
Just a Clickbait
Yup, the thumbnail doesn't always tell the story.
Born & raised in Lou. Avoid all Jefferson County. Live in a neighboring county...especially if you have kids.
BS!
Yeah this is completely silly.
Oh god, another person scared to death of their own shadow.
2:!5 - 2:30: If you are a Real estate broker/Realtor I would HIGHLY suggest you remove all references to "stigma" and "dangerous" neighborhoods in your videos. This could very easily be found to be a "Fair Housing" violation that could cost you your license.
You must have got the connection...
Avoid Kentucky all together the only thing that lives well there are horses
