    Razork shows not only in his attitude to the game, and the team meetings but just in general towards improving that he is destined for bigger and better things, it’s rare you see someone who would so obviously thrive in a ‘super team’. I think if he lucked his way into a team on like, GenG level he’d go dummy hard and wouldn’t look out of place at all, because he has the right mentality to succeed. It’s crazy when you see it contrasted so consistently to Humanoid, who is clearly immensely talented but has the absolute most Iron mentality towards self reflection and bigger picture thinking. The moment in this video where Razork is trying to break down the specific mistakes that lead to a loss and he replies by being like ‘but you could do that with any loss’ is so unbelievably on the nose for everything that is wrong with his mental that it almost seems like scripted parody. His thinking never goes beyond ‘well if we won we just played good and if we lost we just played bad oh well go next.’

If you look at all the games apart from 1-2 games, he was always losing lane and always behind on gold. this is in my head. I don't know how things are going with the team and I don't know what kind of help Noah is getting. But saying it's in your head and telling him to get over it himself is not solvable in my opinion, plus it will in turn create more stress because he doesn't know how to work through these issues on his own. So it's going to be over and over again. I think in this situation Noah probably needs professional help and needs to talk to someone professional. He clearly has some mental issues (who doesn't?) that he can't talk about because he's probably ashamed of them or afraid of what his teammates will think of him. I'm sure a psychologist wouldn't be bad on the team and would help. Mental health is very much needed in this sport. Don't worry Noah, you're great and everything will be okay! No one on the team doubts you and that's the main thing.

      Man I'm 100% shure that the team does have a psychologist, in fact I think I've seen him on Legends in Actions series a few times. The thing is that you can't have a player who is choking everytime because of his mental health, you already gave him the oportunity, in fact, I think this summer is going to be his 5th split with the team maybe? I'm not shure, but the truth is that he has been on the team for a while and he is at his limit mentally. It doesn't matter if you doing well in LEC because LEC is bullshit, what matters the most are international comps like this, and this mental state is unnaceptable. I'm not mad with with Noah because we all have our burdens, but he needs a break in my opinion. You can't be on the elite beeing like that, elite isn't for everyone.

I would like to make a small note, in case you don't remember, there are 2 Spanish players on their roster, therefore they have many Spanish-speaking fans, it would be a good detail if they took a little of their money (they surely have enough), and invested it in the translation of subtitles in Spanish. I get that mentality is an issue, but there's also big problems in macro and throwing away leads. You could see it in LEC before MSI. You could swap Noah for Caliste, and still not win a title over G2 or go far internationally if you don't fix the team's basic movement on the map.
    About Noah, I believe he has the potential to be great. But of course the team can't wait forever. So I'm hoping he gets it done and bring back all the hype he had in his first weeks in LEC. If he can't get over his mental struggles, then sadly some other adc would have to take his place.

This might be the push noah needs to go to terapy or sports psychologist and improve. I know it might be hard for him but he needs to hear it. And he is a profesional athlete, pressure and criticism are part of it.

    The communication is the key for a good company that cares to provide also a healthy mental for a productive environment. Here with a bully like razork who never blame himself or be positive nor even try to listen to the coach without replying 24/7. He tilts everyone without saying anything productive or any helpful suggestions for the game, the team. Just pure toxicity towards Noah. He only cares about himself that in a team environment it’s a huge issue. Dardo even worse for his position as a team manager.. blame the players for something that he should care before the game starts and just show that he can’t do his job properly at all. Are you worried that they go to sleep late? It’s your job to literally manage the team. This is how it works in a serious company. Swearing that much after a loss is crazy considering that you as an “adult figure” know that you made your mistakes too. You lose and win for a lot of factors isn’t just a one person’s fault or merit. The coach is the only one who actually sounds like a coach and take the work seriously and professionally. In such a childish environment it’s hard to say what the future reserve.. It’s not even about the player’s mechanics but the management and communication skills sucks I’m sorry.

    • @Mic-yi5it
      @Mic-yi5it Před 3 měsíci

      Totally agree, just one thing is that Razork is not in bad faith, he has a difficult personality that needs to be properly managed to be good, that doesn't exist in FNC because they dont have a competent manager. If he was managed properly he would have been told very early on that the meeting after a game is not to discuss the specific of the performance but just a debrief to bring closure to the event, analysis and feedback is for the day after, but he was never told so how can he know? He wants to fix the problems and being upset and tilted from the game he just lashes out aggressively.

    I was a fnatic fan. I watched every single match since 2016 summer. I cheered every match or at least watched the vod. This video broke me. The management has to be ashamed to let this video surface. The incompetence the couching staff shown not being able to handle basic human emotions, blaming the players who needs help at that moment, the decision which has lead to this miserable video to release where we can see the players are tools at best and the inside conflicts is just too much. This team is destined to break because of this management. Good luck in the future, will not watch it.

    damn I feel sorry for Noah, I don't think the staff has a good approach to his struggles at all. how can you tell him something like "if you don't fix this, we will never win" and stuff like that. like he doesn't know that? it's giving him even more pressure.
    obviously he's playing bad, and we can see he's aware of that. in that moment, it is the manager's and coach's job to say: "we can see you're struggling with stage games, by next week we will come up with a detailed plan how to best support you. we will get a good sports psychologist, and do this and this and this to help you and the team succeed." but that should have been done even before MSI.

    The coach and captain dynamics is COMPLETELY backwards. The coaching staff should be the one putting the players on blast. The captain should be the one making sure the team understands this feedback and push the boys to be one team. I have no problem with Razork speaking his mind, but he shouldn't be the one criticizing each player and putting them on blast. You can tell the boys have trust issues mentally towards each other. The coaching staff needs to be the one coming down on the boys and the boys need to help each other. This goes for any sports team. it's clear that the coaching staff hasn't and can't facilitate a team environment for these boys. Shameful.

      He's just picking the worst possible timing to say it, the meeting after a loss is to mental reset which is what nightshade tried to do after geng, but razork stepped in and just ruined everything by talking about their mistake, mistake should be analyzed with a cool mind to have good feedback (which is why G2 review their games the day after), that led to shit practice and a shit performance vs TL, being so harsh on pointing out mistakes like he did with Noah after TL game is also bad for the team overall, it's borderline bullying, razork has the right personality to be a leader, but he needs to learn how to be one badly but someone has to teach him that, he's not gonna magically learn how to do it, the problem is Dardo that is completely incapable of managing the team, the fact that he's complaining about sleep schedules after the tournaments says it all, managing the team is his job isn't it??

    Watching this video made me even sadder than when we lost. I can partly understand what Razord said but I think it was too much. He mentioned that when Noah or Jun go down, the rest of the team goes down, but he forgot to say that he himself isn't so innocent either. In a previous video he was reprimanded because he was already saying at the start of the game that they were going to lose because of the gold diference. In other situations he initiates TF that only harms the team but even then there's someone to back him up and he dies too. Throughout the video he barely mentions Humanoid's mistakes either. I honestly don't think anyone was good enough, the team, the coaches and especially the Fnatic owner. Instead of preying on Noah and showing this video to divide opinions, I think it would be good for these players to have a good follow-up. I hope they can bounce back in summer. I love this team. Lets go FNATIC!

    • @TheSquirrelbeast
      @TheSquirrelbeast Před 3 měsíci +7

      I think Razork explained it well. Everybody makes mistakes, and everybody has bad days. But the team can't collapse all at once. The problem he was pointing out was that when things go wrong, they just shut down, Jun gets tilted, Noah gets more nervous because his supp stops talking to him, Oscar becomes so quiet he doesn't even calls his tps, and Huma just goes with the flow instead of trying to lift them up. Razork also makes mistakes, but I get what he was trying to say, you need to keep talking and trying to win even when things are going badly.
      I also really like this team and am rooting for them. I don't want to give up on Noah yet, I truly believe he has the talent. But of course, the team can't wait forever.
