This is my opinion for the current Top 60 Strongest Naruto Characters. This list was really a pain to be created since there are some changes and there is a new guy in the list that changes things ;) Dont forget to check the Honorable Mentions because if you dont you may comment like.......where is the 3rd Hokage?????

Lol Shikamaru is ridiculously underrated on this list. He defeated Hidan as well as one of Kakazu's hearts in the process. Plus all the battles that were won through his strategies.

do you remember when evry body said that 7 gates enough to be the most powerfull creature when lee fought against gaara imagine how it will be if its 8 faster then 4th hokage stronger then all of the kages dont forget that 6 gates enough to be tougher than the strongest hokage *the 3rd* well - i think thats it *WATCH AAL OF THE NARUTO SERIES AND YOU WILL KNOW ;) *

guy almost managed to kill madara at full strength with his rinnegan... of course its a one time thing but madara said he almost finished him off

This is a decent list, considering how controversial this may be. For the top 30 only (31 - 60 is completely debatable), I feel that Hanzo, Ay, Guy have been seriously misplaced (They should all be significantly higher). Aside from that, Kakashi, Danzo and Shushui are all a bit too high. No one can question your top 7 choices, but I feel that Itachi's position is debatable with Minato's (While he was alive) and Kabuto's. (P.S I'am not an Itachi fanboy). Just my personal opinion :p Great list, keep up the good work buddy. Anyway, could you possibly do a Fairytail, One Piece and Bleach list again soon? I'm so excited haha :D
first of all thanks for your comments :) as for what you said.danzo and shisui have koto amatsukami thats why they are so high.i havent restricted that move.danzo didnt use that move against sasuke because he used it to mifune not long ago.i cant make a fairy tale list because i dont watch it :p as for one piece,it is going to be an update in some time and my bleach list was updated 3 weeks ago so iam not going to make one bleach list yet

Kabuto above second hokage and Itachi? Rest of the list pretty good.

he broke free from his jutsu, used nagato's sensory skills (who kabuto summoned) to find out where he was, he got to him and made him tell the way to undo the reanimation jutsu and still people say kabuto is stronger? this showed how big difference there is between those two
chicken illeri itachi is my fav character and i believe he may lose to kabuto if he was alive.Itachi was edo tensei and he had sasuke help
The list is right in the manga sasuke holds back on maddra and kaguya he ibtained god power like pain sasike can steal chackra with his eyes and he fought naruto after the ninja war and him and naruto lost the arms and the chubby girl named sajura heald them then finnaly sasuke propesed his love to sakura and (love)

Ans sauke can make medroids and push stuff away like pain

This is my Theory about how powerful are the top shinobies in the naruto universe.
Kaguya is the most powerful of them 100% power = Juubi 25% , The Holy Tree 25% and Sharinnegan + Byakugan more
50%.
She had 2 sons Hagoramo and Hamura each of them got some of her powers ( the 50% Sharinnegan and Byakugan
(Tenseigan).
Hamura 25% Tenseigan
Hagoramo 25% rinnegan , but later he captures the Juubi in himself (Kaguya sent 25% of her power to kill her sons
and get their chakra back to her) and gets 25% more power, so 25% rinnegan and 25% juubi = 50% is hagoramo's
power.
Hagoramo had 2 sons too Indra and Ashura , but unlike him and his brother one of them got more power than the
other. They got only the power of the Rinnegan, cuz Juubi's chakra was not actually his own.
Indra got the Sharingan powers = 20% of the Rinnegan's power.
But Ashura got only 5% of that power giving him the potential to become stronger , but nothing more.
Both powers togheter 20% + 5% = Rinnegan.
Ashura's brother Indra became evil and wanted more power ( its unknown , but maybe his target was to unlock the
Rinnegan.) Ashura was unable to defeat him , that why his father Hagoramo gave him the power of all 9 bijuus = 18%
(cuz Juubi's power = 25% : 10 ( 9 bijuus and the gedo statue) = 2,5 % , but - 0,5% becouse Juubi is much more
stronger than all bijuus = 2% power for each of them. 10 x 2 = 20% - 2% ( the power of Gedo Statue ) = 18% power .
It means Ashura's power = 5% + 18% = 23%
Madara : The normal Madara has the Sharingan and 20% power ( Indra's chakra)
Hashirama 5% (Ashura) and somehow he awekens the Holy Tree chakra and masters it to about 20% of 25%
so Hashirama's power = 5% Ashura and 20% Mokuto Sage Chakra = 25% power.
Thats why Madara could not defeat him even with the Kyuubi = 2% + his chakra 20% = 22%
Sasuke and Naruto
Naruto 5% (Ashura's chakra) + 5 % ( Toads Sage Mode ) and 18% from all bijuus without the statue = 5% + 5% + 18% =
28% power.
Sasuke Sharingan 20% (Indra's chakra) , but later he unlocks the Six Tomoe Rinnegan = 5% Ashura's natural chakra
to aweken the Rinnegan and 5% more of his own EMS to aweken Six Tomore Rinnegan, unlike madara he got Ashura's
chakra from hagoramo thats why his rinnegan is differen from madara's . So it means Sasuke's powers = 20% +5% +
5%= 30% power.
Obito :his sharingan chakra is not strong as indra's chakra , he could not aweken even the susanoo wthout So6P
chakra so lets give it 2,5% becouse he controlled Kyuubi with his sharingan and 2% more for his weak mokuton
chakra. Later he became Jinjuriki of Juubi it means 25% more power.We have not seen Obito using his sharingan
powers during his battle as Jnjuriki so his power = 25% + 2% = 27%
Madara So6P 25% Rinnegan ( Indra's chakra 20% and 5% Ashura from Hashirama's DNA )and later he get Hashrama's
Mokuton Sage Mode 20% and absorbs 5 more % from the Tree + Juubi 25% = 25% Rnnegan + 25% Holy Tree + 25% juubi =
75% of Kaguya's power ( wthout the Tenseigan).
Toneri Tenseigan 25%
Idk about Momoshiki , becouse Boruto fcked him just with rasengan ? He had the rinnegan 25% and some other stuffs
so his power is maybe around 40% , but i am not sure..

Many gonna hate me putting Sasuke uppon Naruto , but Rinnegan beats and controls bijuu and i think that naruto has

dont forget that Madara and Obito used Hashirama's chakra to control Juubi.

Kabuto used orochmaru power that power was not his. And if itachi want he could have used Amaterasu or the susano to seal him. Itachi is smarter and has more original power

Haragomos brother???? Black zetsu??? Indra lost to ashura so they are not equal. Indra was naturally gifted ninja from birth and used his powers for himself and ashura wasn't as naturally gifted and had to work harder and he used his powers to help others just like Hashirama/Madara/Naruto/Sasuke.
1) i dont know hagoromo's brother but i forgot to right him in honorable mention
2)when i created the list black zetsu didnt show anything.he was the weakling we all knew

I don't think madara is equal to 6 path.. he just absorb 8/9 bijuu the 8 tails isnt capture and the other half of nine tails.. and obito extract some of the bijuu from him . But its a nice list

I think Nagato is very overrated in this list. He should be with Itachi or Kabuto in my opinion.
Great top, but Karin stronger than Yamato? XD. Also, this might not be true, but we've seen more from the Third Hokage than the Fourth Kazekage if I'm not mistaken? Also, I'm just recently watching tops but I'm pretty far in the show, but we've seen almost nothing from the Jinchuuriki?

I think SM Kabuto is better in every aspect. He's better in Taijutsu, has more stamina (though not helpful since Edo Tensei), stronger, and faster (not counting FTG). Tobirama's FTG isn't that good, it's "pale in comparison to Minato's". Kabuto should have a fast enough reaction time to dodge or counter attack FTG and unleash his wrath.
this is how the match would go
edo tensei benefits tobirama gets lead me to believe he outlast. He is not big on firepower without he series of explosions jutsu so unless he goes for decapitation via ftg blitz(one of the few things that could bypass kabuto's freak sensing+no knowledge) he will just have to wait out kabuto's reserves.
Kabuto has sealing tags but nailing a sensing teleporter with moves like hakugeki and oral rebirth is hard to imagine. Manda v2 can be ported away seeing as tobirama warp away 2 BM avatars casually. Snake spam can be handled by tobirama's tree god cutting water laser(god tree branches should be stronger than hashirama's normal forest and those are more durable than spam snakes)

Naruto is likely as fast as guy and
-Minato makes it clear that you can't touch Gudo Dama, no matter what. So these alone will be enough to block Gai's attacks, cause if he touches it, he's screwed. The only way Gai can break these is with a direct punch via Evening Elephant, shockwaves won't work.
-Base Rikudo Naruto is faster than Juubi Jin Madara pre Shinju, Cloaked Rikudo Naruto would get a speed increase from his cloak. Also Sage Mode sensing gives him a form of precognation. So Gai shouldn't be outright blitzing him this whole match.
naruto has a crazy healing factor so all guys attacks are useless, naruto takes this Mid difficulty.
Sasuke is much slower,he could casually cut in a half a Shinjuu powered Madara, Gai had to go all out and did less damage to a weaker Madara. Sasuke's Susano'o grants him him power far beyond that, capable of slicing up Chibaku Tensei's whose rubble dwarfs several mountain ranges. Power is in Sasuke's favor by a miles.and his Teleportation hax makes him essentially untouchable as well, all while he can end Gai while porting a sword in his chest. I think he'd beat Gai though. Mid to high difficulty.

Ivan Aguilar no he wont.tsunade's attacks are powerful but killer bee's ver 2 lariat is even stronger.besides kisame wont let tsunade use the 100 seal because he will suck her chakra away.also he has even more moves that he didnt use them against bee like super water shark bomb jutsu that becomes more powerful every time it comes in touch with ninjutsu which means tsunade has no way of avoiding it because:1)she doesnt use ninjutsu
2)even if she uses they will be useless against this attack
3)she lacks speed
he defeats ay because if he had the ability to withstand a ver 2 lariat that put out his entire organs then he will withstand ay's punches.then he will suck the chakra from lighting armor and ay wont have chakra for that.ay's chakra are like a tailed beast's which means kisame can become a shark.the battle will be in the water then.ay dead
elijah ochogi yes i am.kabuto surpassed tobirama when it comes to edo tensei first of all.secondly tobirama's flying thunder god is nowhere as good as minato's stated by tobirama himself.a slash from flying thunder god will almost do nothing against him dude he was a healthy orochimaru sage mode body which means he is almost immortal.he is excellent at body flicker technique which means which means tobirama can be cut down like he did to itachi since tobirama will think he won him but tobirama doesnt know oworchimaru's/kabuto's almost immortality which means tobirama lets his guard down and end of story.besides as far as healing is conserned he has karin's abilities which means he is excellent at this.and you underestimate him so much do you really think that kabuto doesnt have jutsus that can hurt tobirama????dont be ridiculous.kabuto >tobirama but minato>kabuto because of knowledge of orochimaru's techniques,best speed and many sealing jutsus

Not satisfied that Kabuto is above Itachi, they fought and Itachi won without fighting with the intent to kill. Also I understand why you placed Might Guy at the number 2 spot....but you telling me that the susanoo cannot withstand his attacks after his opened the eight gate, what about kabuto's healing abilities, the 3rd raikage's almost impenetrable body, tsunade's mitoic regeneration and many more. And addition to that Might Guy's death is certain. He deserves a high a spot on the list but he's too high on this one.
1)itachi was edo tensei which means full stamina
2)itachi cannot maintain the sussano for more than some minutes and thats only if he gets cornered(ALIVE ITACHI)
3)itachi's tsukoyomi is unaffected
4)he slashed itachi 2-3 times
5)he cant use izanami without sasuke backing him up.
About guy it is true that i overestimated him a bit.in the other update he will be in a better spot

Naruto and Sasuke are stronger than madara and Might guy. Obito isnt that strong, he basically got beat by kakashi,itachi is stronger than kabuto and so is orochimaru and jiraiya and the 4th and 2nd kages, Honestly Pain probably could beat might guy at full strength.
... kakashi only beat obito because he had obitos other sharingan.. in a one on one fight kakashi couldnt do it... obito essentially jsut gave up that fight... and pain wouldnt stand a chance against 8 gates Guy.... naurto couldve killed pain and that was when he first learned sage mode.
Naruto and sasuke teamed up maybe they could beat madara, but 1 on 1 either of them would get destroyed.

yes tsukoyomi and koto amatsukami may work on him because 1)tsukoyomi strikes in a sec
2) koto amatsukai only disrupts your chakra so the only think that hachibi can do is see that diruption.however if he doesnt see it then he wont understand the genjutsu since their opponents cannot understand they are under a genjutsu
they dont work because hachibi wakes him up.however if that genjutsu strike in an istant then he cant be weaken up like tsukoymi
