Interesting song title, makes me wonder if someone in the band knows Japanese, "Kaizen" or 改善 in Kanji means "improvement", the song seems to be about improving one's self so it makes sense. Pretty good overall, keep it up.

I actually studied Japanese and am still learning it, I find it cool your debut single has such a unique title. It is not every day a band uses a word in the Japanese vocabulary to name a song.
