I made this today for Thanksgiving. It is great. We don't have a Kroger here in NJ so I had to get the Boars Head. It tastes really good but it does not seem to melt real well. It did not spread out and get bubbly. It did brown well and when cool it's pretty crispy but not super crunchy. I need to try a few other stores for a more melty Smoked Gouda. This made them next level. Used cashew, pecans and moon cheese. The bacon grease was genius. Can't wait until it is done. Thanks and Blessings.

I also loved her spiced tea. She made it with Tang orange drink. I wonder if you could come up with a Keto version of that?
