Full-on Socialism is countries like Venezuela, where their currency is worthless and people are starving. The best system we have now is Capitalism + Socialism and that is what China adopted.
The station looks quite a bit like the one in Taipei where I was born, we have the same signage and sliding doors. There's something to be said too about the dedication of the driver, folks are asleep while he has to go back and forth for hours on end AND pay attention. 😅

The trains on this line will be driverless in the future. It is only a test period. There is no conductor's cabin to avoid taking time to dismantle in the future.
That is a strange desicion with dirver's work station. Why not make traditional cabin? Placing the driver in passenger cabin poses plenty of risks. Why is it this way i wonder?

为什么不启用自动驾驶？
前期不能开启自动驾驶，信号区间还不完善而且一堆站还没开需要人工在区间按情况进行降速驾驶或临时停车。系统学习过后可初步在人为不干预情况下但需要监管进行看护自动驾驶。最后可实现完全无人自动驾驶座椅拆除
