To our surprise, we were initially concerned that our train journey from London to Paris on December 31 would be disrupted by the flooding in the tunnels around London. However, thanks to the exceptional efforts of the dedicated Eurostar team, our train departure remained unaffected and proceeded as scheduled. It was truly a testament to their unwavering commitment and expertise. We couldn't help but feel grateful for their hard work and the stroke of luck that allowed us to embark on our journey smoothly :)
