Sweet Potato Dinner Rolls / Slider Buns / Burger Buns

Ingredients
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup sweet potato purée
4-5 cups all- purpose flour
1 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven 350°F bake for 17-20 minutes until golden

Thank you very much for your comment !! Yes, You can use regular potato, but regular potato have more starch and sticky so you need to adjust measurements.
