- ✨Hello everyone! This is my room tour video
The apartment I rented is a 1DK (one bedroom + one living room) type apartment. This is also my first home in Japan 🍂
Renting a house in Japan usually comes without furniture, so I personally selected all the furniture and home furnishings in my room. Most of them come from IKEA, MUJI, nitori and 100 yen stores.
It took me about a month to transform my home into exactly what I wanted it to be. As a freelancer who often works from home, I feel happy to be able to work and live in a room like this.
I will continue to share my life and travel videos in Japan in the future, hoping to bring you some happiness and healing,Please subscribe and like ♡

You've done well with what you have. With small spaces, you have to go vertical (up). When buying storage aids, keep space in mind in buying what will provide you the most usable space and of course, avail yourself of the non nail items you can attach to surfaces. BTW, in Europe you do find water closets (WC) where the toilet is separate from the bathroom as well as bathrooms with working toilets in them. Of course, the Japanese are ingenious for having the toilet refill water added externally to the tank for one to wash their hands. In regards to cooking, two things. With a paring knife (small knife used for peeling) or a narrow vegetable peeler, you can remove the seeds from hot peppers by cutting the top off, working the knife all the away around the seeded core and then removing it. Rinsing the pepper under running water also washes away any loose seeds. In regards to green onions (aka spring onions or scallions), what I do is separate the white from the green part (also clean and dried) and put that into a glass jar and into the refrigerator. I also cut the green and that too in the refrigerator though I use them first as the white can last about two weeks in the fridge. BTW, frozen or refrigerated, they do sweat. Instead of a plastic container, you might use a freezer bag as that will take up less space in the freezer and allow you to break it into portions if you so choose. With stir fry, if you have a large enough frying pan, you can make a larger quantity, freeze it or refrigerate it for additional meals (3 day max in the fridge is general guidance) and reheat to be served over or with rice.
Oh dear!🌼Thank you for your insightful advice and cultural observations. I truly appreciate the practical tips on storage and cooking. Your expertise has given me some great ideas to implement in my space and kitchen routines. I'm grateful for your thoughtful suggestions!😇And your comments let me know that you were so attentive when watching my video and made it to the end, which really touched me and made my day! 🌞🌞

Ive been wanting to start to film these kind of videos myself but I always find myself too shy or don't even know where to start. Do you have any tips?
Believe that you are the coolest! You can do it! 💪🏻You can also try shooting a video like me that doesn't appear on camera to relieve some tension😌
@@Chelsea-Wang yes, that is my plan. I am too shy and camera awkward so this is the best solution! I have been test filming and editing and it's quite fun. I dont have a advanced mac or vlog camera so using phone at first will do i think?
Sorry for my late reply! There is no problem with mobile phones. In fact, most of my videos were shot with mobile phones. After all, it is very convenient and has enough pixels. Cheering for you!💪🏻
@@Chelsea-Wang You are more than fine! I actually already posted two videos, I'm working on my third to upload tomorrow after I'm back from schedules doing things. It's fun to try new things, we will see wha tthis will lead to. Idk what to film since I am mostly at home but I won't give up.
