Thank you so much for this video from Australia ! . I cooked my first Tomahawk last night and wow it was beautiful !!! So many good tips in this video !! ❤
These look fabulous!!! I'm salivating just watching! As a Brit I can confirm Worcestershire sauce is pronounced 'Woostersher' or we just call it Wooster sauce for short!
Can't believe the meat prices these days, but I ended up shopping as they were marking down the beef. I just picked up one of these for $20...original price $37... Never cooked one before but I thought I better grab it off the shelf. I'll find a youtube tutorial later 😆. This looks so good..can't wait to try this.
question... on the grill at highest temperature... do i close the grill or leave it open while the searing is going on....before taking them to the oven...?
I have to give you props. I am a chef but still have problems cooking a steak to the right cook. By following your directions, I got it almost perfect. On top of that, that compound butter was the bomb diggity! Thank you so much!

Im one minute into the vid, Im very impressed so far. Heaps better than the last 6 vids that popped up on my search for cooking Tomahawks.... one small piece of constructive critism so far: Not all ur viewers are American, please tell us CELCIUS temperature as well as Fahrenheit. EDIT: 30 seconds later and im leaving....... WAY TOO much salt! Just a sprinkle, then cook it. If it needs more, add it after cooking!
No begging to click like and subscribe before you even speak? No 3 minute pointless introduction? No horrible audio? No computer-generated music drowning out your voice? No shaky handheld camera? What kind of CZcamsr are you? Oh, yeah. The kind that packs as much useful info in as short a time as possible into a quality video. THANKS for the great instructions. And yes, I did click like and subscribe. I hardly ever find any videos worth doing that for.
Couple things after doing this. If your steaks are not as thick or have parts tearing apart then do NOT cook them as long. Sear them for 2-3 minutes each side only with an insanely hot grill or pan. I did 1 for 20 min in oven that was smaller and breaking and 1 for 10 same size/type. Got medium well and medium. Remeber, steak is not ground so as long as you sear the oitsides you can enjoy the raw center safely. The butter was gooood.
Tried your recipe and it turned out amazing! Can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much for posting.
Tried this recipe and it was the best steak of my life, by FAR. Thanks 🤤

I am trying this this weekend…
I followed this to the letter and got perfection. The family still talks about that meal months afterwards
I’ll take it!
Love this for how Worchestercesterceshiresterhire sauce is pronounced!
Just no, as someone from Worcester I slightly died inside.
I’m dead this looks amazing
wow wow wow
Man these steaks smell so good after working
Them are little. The ones I get will only fit 1 on it and it has to be long ways. But I'm def trying this recipe this weekend
What temp for the finish? (oven, not meat)
Yum! Yum!🤗
So good!
Hot Damn I'm making this compound butter today!

Temp in fahrenheit yes?
Whats the oven temp set at?
love your pronunciation of Woster
Said nobody ever.
Need lot more cooking for me!
Can I cook along with some filet mignon? Same recipe and cook it together?
What temperature do you recommend for well done?
War-Chester-Shire sauce :)
What temperature is needed for the over?
Oh it's in the description! Never mind..
Ma quanti. Minuti al forno. Per quanto tempo??
Sorry there was no crust. Crust is better obtained on flat top grill.

We will go ahead and completely disregard all of your comments then, since you know, you aren't sticking around.
@@Dolphinfan72 Ur reply entertained me. Thank you lol. You transitioned from bad-ass to nice-person in a very admiral way.
what temp is the oven on???
375 degrees.
did I miss the temp of your oven?
Worchestershire??? :D

this is Saul TEE MEAT at your service... KEEP IT SIZZLIN' 🦴💪
Why do you have to bake it if you've already fried it?
Thank you 🙏 beautiful 🤩
This video was made so much better by hearing an American try to pronounce Worcestershire.😊
Why is there music?!
“Costs more because the butcher does extra work” 😂
Shit, that looks amazing
😍😍😍😍
In the UK it's pronounced like "Wooster shire" sauce. Not not "wor Chester shire"
I would give it a little more heat on the outside, more char on the skin.
What is the purpose of leaving the bone on?
Keeps juices in steak making it extra tender
she seems likes a amazing wife and mother.
ADD A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF SALT AND SEASONING (how to basic reference)
Leaving them out ur fridge rises the temperature by 2 degrees
