Yeah, very dirty. You could find dirt and germs everywhere. It's my first time seeing a chef preparing the food while wearing the ring and wrist watch. The bread is being made in a wrong working table too. Its colour has been worn due to excessive usage. All equipment should have been stainless steel. Please ask them to clean the shop and all equipment as well as replacing them with the stainless steel ones. The worst and dirtiest local street shop ever.
می نشستین وسط میدون میخوردین! با این فقر و فلاکت مردم، فقط همین مونده که بوی کباب بپیچه همه جا و یک بچه گرسنه گریه کنه و از پدر و مادرش کباب بخواد و اونم با هزار ترفند یا حتی تنبیه، بچه رو منصرف کنه. خیلی بی غیرتین.

This is nothing but, GROSS. absolutely UNSANITARY. I Think this people in Restaurant industry don’t believe in wearing gloves?
I was a chef for years, chefs don't wear gloves except for specific tasks. If you were in the restaurant industry, you would know that. Better to keep quiet and enjoy the video instead of commenting on things you have no knowledge of.
