Cinnamon and Honey Butter

    CINNAMON and HONEY BUTTER
    250 g softened unsalted butter
    2 tsp cinnamon
    70 g honey
    70 g powdered sugar (pure icing sugar) sieve to remove lumps
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    small pinch of salt
    Add the softened butter to a bowl and beat with electric hand blender until the butter lightens in colour and becomes creamy.
    Add all the other ingredients together in the bowl and mix well to combine.
    By using electric beaters, a lighter whipped texture can be achieved, but a smooth spreadable butter can still be created by simply using a wooden spoon or spatula.
    Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container until needed. Remove from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before use to allow the butter to become spreadable again.
    Can be stored for up to 1 month in the refrigerator or 3 months in the freezer.
