Followed your instructions exactly, instead I used xpressions hair because I wanted to be sure it would be enough. I bought 5pks only used 2 and a half and the braids are medium size and booty length. Couldn’t find the exact grip glaze you used so I purchased another from the hair store that worked really well. I’m getting compliments everywhere I go..the mall, at work, the gym and my Bf loooves it. When I tell people how I did it their amazed that it’s crochet. this is going to be my go to way of doing braids from now on because it’s easy and less tension on the scalp. I always found the traditional way complicated and could never manage to get down the technique. My fingers would get lost and by the hair already being tangly made it worse. But I definitely can plat and crochet so this tutorial made it easy. Thank you! also I will be purchasing that mirror you posted as well so I can see the back of my head lol. Ur not lying...this lady jus did an absolutely amazingly beautiful job and it was the first time she ever did it ...I used to take about a hour and a half to straighten my hair every day and would complain...not to mention the fact that I still burn my hair, with the straightener, from time to time..I wish I had the dedication to my hair that she has to hers lol
I wish I had just an eighth of her skill. I've tried for years to figure out how to french braid & I just can't do it, always ends up looking absolutely horrible. This girl has talent in my eyes

I'm black amd never wore braids as a kid cause I had long manageable hair but now that I'm 26 stuck in a pandemic and tired of the bun lol I have tried braids and I absolutely love them I'm trying to learn so many diffrent styles atm lol and it's also making my hair more healthy that it normal is... perfect protection style and I only wear them for 2-3weeks at a time

You may need to detox sis. I believe that stuff comes from parasites. Look into food grade Diatomaceous Earth. It kills parasites amongst other things and it’s all natural. My whole family takes it. You can give it to tour children and pets no matter the age as long as they’re not brand new babies. Do plenty of research on it as you’ll want to know about the die-off symptoms.

People have NO idea what living with autoimmune disorders and chronic pain is like. Simple things like doing your hair is a challenge. Of course tomatoes and certain acidic foods can irritate things but this is a genetic condition and caused by overactive antibody production. The thing that makes me feel better is the Bible talks about how God chooses certain people to have these certain diseases for a purpose. Not to torture them but IDK I think as a way of saying "Satan, I know the heart of my child and go ahead and test her with this she still won't turn from me but use it for my purpose", because he has given it to my two oldest children also and they have often asked why. I just say that's how God made you and you are special. So, maybe you can find someone nice to do your hair for you? I wish I could 😂but that wouldn't turn out so good. Aww im sorry to hear this. Most of us can keep braids in from 1-3 months. It truly depends on the person. But it does require a bit of maintainence to keep them looking neat. God bless, hope you find a stylist❤❤❤

I lost all my hair last year and lost my ability to do my hair ( long story but basically got alot of amputations) so now my hair always looks crazy, I wish so bad I could have something like this done so I could look pretty for a while without having to "do" my hair....anyone know how long you keep the braids in?
Aww im sorry to hear this. Most of us can keep braids in from 1-3 months. It truly depends on the person. But it does require a bit of maintainence to keep them looking neat. God bless, hope you find a stylist❤❤❤

I'm new to toppers and wigs as losing my hair but I am obsessed with watching black girls working magic. So well done BUT you all young and the weight of braids makes you start losing hair creates bald spots. Be aware. 💕
