Even if Revan had removed primary war materials production from the Star Forge, he kept the major industrial centres of the Republic intact so he could make use of them. Based on his offer to do the same for the Jedi in the Revan novel, I think he would have revolutionized the way dark side users were trained if he had the time. Revan's time was consumed by the war in the early years, and Bastilla's battle meditation kept him occupied after that. And, for the record, Revan could absolutely crush Vader.

As it is the only reason as you said the galactic empire fell after sidious (in canon) is due to operation cinder and in legends the infighting of the various moffs and war lords, however the thrawn trilogy shows perfectly how a strong willed non Sith could unite and run the empire perfectly

Great video, I have wondered how these Empire's would stack up against each other, and now I have a good idea about where they stand compared to each other. I think that Bane's rule of Two left the Sith in a much worse position rather than making them stronger like he claims. It made The Sith extremely vulnerable to destruction. Imagine if Anakin had killed Sidious when he found out he was a Sith Lord? Then The Sith would have died then and there. Eventually The Rule of Two did kill off all The Sith when Vader betrayed his master and died from the shock. I believe that The Galactic Empire was the worst Sith Empire, because it made the greatest mistake, and it was all Darth Bane's fault. The only reason The Sith did not really die out was because a random Jedi turned rotten after Order 66. I would place Revan's Empire on top. After all, Revan was smart enough to destroy The Mandalorian Empire. I think that The true Sith would take second place to Revan's Empire. I really like this video, it was well done. The ranking system was really good, I just disagree.

To be fair Revan's empire was only capable of controlling a third of the galaxy so quickly, because the republic was still recovering from the mandalorian wars and the war against Exar Kun, furthermore most of his military were former members of the republic who saw him as their hero. Anyways with the star forge and his tactical genius he would've conquered the galaxy, it would just take a little longer.

I would rank by stability and length of control. Sideous was the smartest and best conquer in galactic history, and yes his Empire was the strongest, but it was actually the second shortest-lived empire on your list. While the True Sith controlled their core worlds for thousands of years and ruled half the galaxy for almost a thousand years before being absorbed into the Republic. Plus the emperor of the Eternal Empire Darth Vitiate was essentially an immortal being who could drain the life force of worlds, in some ways I even felt that if they did Skywalker better they should have revealed that Sideous was really a remnant of Vitiate, sadly they didn't do that, because that would have been too awesome.
So I would have put the order as "Eternal Empire/True Sith", Ancient Sith, The Galactic Empire, and reluctantly I would add Reven, however, the truth was his "empire" was actually a Dark Jedi military force with sith teachings aimed at the "Eternal Empire" and ready to protect the Galaxy against Vitiate.

Alternatively, Revan's empire was also really powerful because of the Star Forge. In the end, the only one able to unmake Revan's empire was Revan himself.
