Ter gelegenheid van het 75 jarig bestaan van de Nederlandse vereniging van railbelangstellenden N.V.B.S. werd er op 11 juni 2006 in Amsterdam een speciale tramdienst uitgevoerd. Hierin werd de ontwikkeling van de tram in die periode getoond, met trams uit de jaren ‘30 tot de nieuwste van begin 21e eeuw, afkomstig uit eigen land en uit Denemarken, België, Duitsland en Oostenrijk.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Dutch association of rail stakeholders N.V.B.S. a special tram service was operated in Amsterdam on June 11, 2006. This showed the development of the tram during that period, with trams from the 1930s to the newest from the early 21st century, from our own country and from Denmark, Belgium, Germany and Austria.
