Idol Samboy hanggang ngayon 52 years old na ko ginagaya ko pa mga tira mo....at yung number mo 9 birthday ko. Christian din ako. Sayang hindi kita nakita wala ka sa Victory Party sa San Miguel sa Ortigas nung 1990

For me he's a bit OVERRATED. Among these highlights, i didnt see anything very special when it comes to HIGH JUMPING. Yes he just had a GLIDE, but i didnt see anything like a 40+ inches Vertical leap on any of his moves.

Its not d vertical.. Its his offense acrobatic even Chinese tall players can't defend? Whos player u refer brave enough can score inside d basket against tall opponents?
It’s not the vertical leap that’s makes him special, it’s his hang time move that’s makes him unbelievable. That’s why he’s the skywalker.

Nope, with a 6’0” frame, in his prime, Samboy is hard to stop once he makes his move toward the hoops. Not even with three taller guys with outstretched hands can deter and stop him. He was even better with blocking shots, he blocked a 6’11” guy trying a jumpshot in front of him.Nope, he was an outstanding player and was ahead of his time. He did euro step when it is still unheard of, his crossovers were perfect when it was still called head and shoulder fake. He was fun to watch. His move was always applauded by fans of opposing team. He is one of a kind. He is called ‘The Skywalker’.
