Thanks for sharing this. Matthew and Mayara are two of my favorite dancers of the Royal Ballet ❤❤❤ I wish I could see them one day performing live in London, until then CZcams will have to be enough 😅
Perfekt getanzt! 👏👏 Absolut wunderschön, mit einer Leichtigkeit und Präzision, tanzen die Principal Dancer des "Royal Ballet" das grosse Pas de deux aus dem Nussknacker. Vielen Dank für diese grandiose Vorstellung! 💖💐💖
Wonderful Mayara has improved in technic and performance Matthew is a wonderful party New and superb dancer, really enjoyed it hope they are able to perform in Sleeping Beauty .
Is a quadruple tour en laire (1440⁰ rotation in the air) possible! From a science point if view or please comment Ur ideas. If so I want to be the first! 🥇
I LOVE classical ballet. However, it is really a shame that often the choreography of classical ballet, the ballarino is there to frame the ballerina and be the strong base of the lifts, with not much actual dancing from him!! Men who are trained in ballet are beautiful to watch dance, when they are actually choreographed in the dance!!!
yes , as male ballet dancer i can see your view point, in contrast however I must say pas de deux is usually about the connection between the 2 dancers and the male partner showing his abilities to support the female ballet dancer, creating a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The ballerina is dancing just as much as the ballerino is, its just different jobs.
Ballet consists of Male and Female dancers doing their part to make the whole. There are portions of repertoires that features either sexes individually or a perfect movements designed for a pair. It's never shame to see a great pas de deux like them here.
Well, there's Bournonville, where the man and the woman dance next to each other. This choreography was created at a time when advances in pointe technique made all these feats possible, hence the supported adagio. Each ballet has its period.
