You can use an online time tracking tool for your VAs

I use Clockify. No screenshots, but you have to trust your VAs.
Can you tell me more about the contract? What's the purpose and what must and or should it include?
It's an agreement between you and the client to explain what they will get and the pricing and your methods of communication.

You can create a pool and then start searching for clients. It's depends on what services you plan to offer.

I’ve been trying to grow my virtual assistant business for 7 years now with not much success.
I’ve always wanted to be a entrepreneur and I feel in my soul that I’m supposed to be one , especially since I come from a family of entrepreneurs.
I’m also a mother and caregiver to a nonverbal autistic young adult which is a full time job itself. Being an entrepreneur is the best way for me to make money while being able to take care of my daughter and not having to answer to a boss.
I now work as an independent contractor for a VA company and I love it, but I would still love to have my own business so I can charge premium prices doing what I love. I find it hard networking, marketing, and everything else that it takes to grow a business on top of working for this VA company and caring for my daughter. It’s a lot to juggle.
I also don’t have the money to invest in hiring a coach or mentor. I’ve tried applying for small business grants with no luck.
What do you suggest I do Alma?

Have you thought about starting a blog and a CZcams channel about how your a caregiver for an non-verbal autistic young adult and mother hood. Very unique niche. I'm sure there are people out there who would like to know some tips and tricks. You can create a course, have a blog with affiliate programs and get monetized on CZcams. That's just 3 sources of passive income. It's just a thought and free advice.
What margin do you need between the agency fees and the hired VA fees to ensure profitability?

@@iammc482 I can't speak for him but it could be 2 different business styles. Most VA agencies in the Philippines like my team have a large pool of talents. But It could also mean that he's got a huge team with an actual office. We do Hybrid set up for my team as well.
