Even if Russia is supposed to commit this sabotage, it has definitely not targeted music halls, synagogues or churches. Nor has it targeted beach goers. Mikhail Podoliyak has said in support of killing civilians in the beach of Sevastopol stating that the killed people were "civilian occupiers".
