I wouldn't give much credit to an attorney being smart, My evil brother signed my Grandma's name on a power of attorney after she passed away and back dated it and his lawyer stood right there and let it happen and signed it so I would not pass anything pass an attorney 98% of them are evil and will do anything for money!Lawyers can get away with most anything! Just saying !

Imagine I was evicted from my marital home that I helped built with my evil in laws.I guess I was renting the home I took 3 loans to help build and when I finally paid off,a wicked eviction notice came. Yes the husband and his evil parents and lawyers were planning.
I never signed any contract,yet lawyers say there's nothing I can do .

Yessss POA Over Healthcare is valid as soon as notarized and is only enforceable if the patient is "unable" to make their own healthcare decisions(.like when he claimed Mica was not in her right mind and had her committed) and only pertains to their health care decisions. It's completely different from FULL, LEGAL POA over a person, which requires legal action.

T Winslow - how did he get from ambulance chasing/malpractice and being employed by other law firms to establishing Winslow Law, LLC - an impressive physical structure as well as high end full service personnel/staff/partnership law firm that basically covers every aspect of legal function in a community - actually in more than one location - almost overnight? Yes - on paper, T Winslow appears to be quite bland. He is licensed to practice law in multiple states - which is not typical. He's not a brilliant attorney. He's a crafty attorney. Crafty attorneys do not abide by the law - they know ways around the law.
He knows all the right people.

Game was In Charleston SC. Micas white car was spotted at a hotel in Charlotte few days after her passing.

Just a theory, purely speculation, this is not an allegation, not a fact. It is called money laundering. Mark has several businesses that handles a lot of cash. Bars and alcohol equals cash. He gives enough cash to "The Church" to purchase the plane. He does not pay taxes on the plane.because the church purchases it. The church does not have to pay taxes on the plane because it is a church. Very clever, devious, but clever. Plus Mark does not have to claim the cash as income and pay fereral taxes on it. Money Laundering at its best. It is perfectly legal when done this way. IRS cannot touch them.
