Arrow did try something like this (big layout, custom inversions), it was called Drachen Fire, which was built in 1992 (and only lasted to 1998). When did Shilke start working for them? Tennessee Tornado is excellant (I'd say Tennessee Tornado is better than Wildfire at Silver Dollar City, its sister coaster that was built by B&M around the same time in a similar situation to Kumba/Drachen Fire) and if he would've used those principles to build a 14 inversion coaster I think it would've turned out amazingly awesome.
viper at magic mountain is still around and kinda similar, and it is really bad.
@@thebe_stone The restraints kill Viper. The OTSRs on that thing are not kind to people with estrogen as the dominant hormone in their bodies. Put lapbars on that thing and it's alright. That said, best option is to give it the Phantom's Revenge treatment, make an airtime focused ride without inversions because that's something Magic Mountain is lacking.
Nah. It's not Schilke. This is Toomer creation.
And in fact, this is the last straw of Toomer before Arrow choosing Schilke as their new designer. His stubborness for using manual bending track fabrication with B&M more freedom layout leads to slamming transition on much faster speed
You can do more with half loop and half corkscrew combintation
Like sidewinder, bowtie, butterfly, cutback, and ofc drachen fire drop. But you know, I love the way you already made.
... when the commentators mum was probably born in 1994... i feel old !
Arrow built a cobra roll with drachen fire.
There was a cobra roll on drachen fire at Busch gardens Williamsburg back in the day
i never thought i would ever say this but you made it too smooth lol
Btw when track pieces are taking a while to place delete the last piece you placed then itll be way faster when placing track pieces
what if colossus was built in 2024?

Arrow could have certainly made this. 94 was late in arrows timeline. Remember the mega loopers like viper were all open by then and set the 7 inversion record and pretty much the inversion standard for all coasters intil b&m broke it with 8. If the park had the money arrow would have built it. Arrow always pushed for crazy designs and expirimental coaster types. Arrow was more daring than any other manufacturer. The reason the coasters stayed rough was ron tumor didnt want to give up his passion of designing coasters and if they switched the cad he would have been pushed out.
They did with Drachen Fire
Failed miserably, so miserably that they dumped Toomer and assigned Schilke (Which leads to second and final demise)
Blud onto something
to smooth for 1994 but great coaster
But we already have a Smiler with bad arrow transitions: czcams.com/video/mIYHLpWxcvM/video.htmlsi=EAQ5yxIo44vs8Zlf
Are you using the AI voice?
nuh uh
I havent rode a single looper that was smooth. This is low-key a torture device XD
