This is so true about social media, me and my husband have shared reels when sitting next to each other, I think that when ppl stop communicating with each other that we forget how, bcz we are social by nature, me and my husband have been married for almost 16 years now and something he said to me once was, would you know my voice in a dark crowded room, and that is why giving each other time is important, so we do put away our phones more now.

If you are lonely because you don't know anyone who has the same hobbies/ interests/ passions as you these tips do help, AlHamdulillah, but here is another:
Start keeping journals e.g. a book journal, in which you will write about all the books you read/enjoy.
This is a way for you to "talk" and discuss your interests without needing another person. It is a great outlet.
You may still feel lonely from time to time but it will help you enjoy time by yourself more often.
If you are an anxious/fidgety person I suggest you get off SM or not follow anyone. The peace is worth the fomo, the fomo is mostly an illusion.

Loneliness will be missed soon as you are married for a couple of years. To be alone is very hard sometimes but Allah swt wants you to be alone. It will give you time to work on yourself. Its easy to fall in haram when you are alone, it is a test. You can be alone even when you are surrounded by friends and family. Keep working on yourself and let it be in the hands of Allah ❤. I struggle too, but the advise I give others.. I need to listen to that same advice. Sometimes I lose hope but hey, this life is written. ❤
