  • Come visit iconic San Miguel de Allende with us. Beautiful arquitectura, lively culture. We will also go over some pros and cons of living here to Ajijic, lake Chapala área.

I would say that if you have mobility issues Ajijic would be a better choice actually Lake Chapala because it's more flat .I have never been to any of these places .I'm just going off of videos that I've seen of all these places.I think I would be happy living at any of these places.I prefer colonial cities up in near the mountains where the weather is much cooler over beach cities where it gets hot and humid .

I have been to the Lake Chapala area approximately three times and am coming to San Miguel this month for a week. Thanks for comparing these two places because I a seeking a soft land move to Mexico in two years or less and have been researching and gathering information.

We live in Minnesota, and have a home in San Miguel. I think it’s easier to fly into Queretaro. I think the distance is about the same as the airport in Leon, but the drive time is only about an hour. You can also find anything in Queretaro. I believe the population is roughly 1.5 million.

Everyone is welcome to Mexico just as long they don't change our culture and traditions and they need to keep in mind that noise and music is 24/7
