Looking from the previous episode.. Deb didnât want him to seek individual counsel because she was scared of what would be discovered. She said herself she was not an affectionate person while raising him because she was so hell bent on being âstrong.â In the end, the past is the past. But he is allowed to internalize those things. She wanted to make it seem like his problems only stemmed from the relationship and not necessarily him. Any person needs to get themselves right to be of any asset to another. A man wanting to seek therapy is honestly a step in the right direction. Sometimes you just need an unbiased opinion on things/challenges youâre going through and dealt with. Itâs okay. @Sundus Ali he was probably depressed before and then he cheated and made it worse because he had to experience almost losing her. And waka has to love her he could get with anybody else and they could make him look good. Waka loves Tammy but neither one of them knows how to be vulnerable and patient with one another. Theyâve both had thing happen in there lives that made them build walls and close themselves off. But in ways Waka is growing and Tammy needs to work on thing to because she brushes him off sometimes and makes him feel like she doesnât care. And if thatâs the case she can divorce him but neither one of them will so they must love each other. And I can see Tammy is still hurt but she cares but she still hasnât let go of all that hate she probably had for him and might even still have.

Looking from the previous episode.. Deb didnât want him to seek individual counsel because she was scared of what would be discovered. She said herself she was not an affectionate person while raising him because she was so hell bent on being âstrong.â In the end, the past is the past. But he is allowed to internalize those things. She wanted to make it seem like his problems only stemmed from the relationship and not necessarily him. Any person needs to get themselves right to be of any asset to another. A man wanting to seek therapy is honestly a step in the right direction. Sometimes you just need an unbiased opinion on things/challenges youâre going through and dealt with. Itâs okay. We all have pain.
I donât think waka should tell Charlie to lie to her mom and he shouldnât undermine Tammyâs authority. You would think Deb would be supportive of Waka going to therapy especially since she lost a son to suicide. Deb shouldnât pressure them to have a baby if neither of them are ready.
