CSX, COAL DUST, VRE, SUBWAY, START OF ECLIPSE

I was Alexandria, VA today. It was also ECLIPSE DAY. It was only about 90% coverage but still pretty cool to see. It did get a little grey out but not very dark. Saw a few CSX trains and one dirty coal train the was throwing out a lot of coal dust.
