Is the cake coverd with normal ganash?"not the ganasg underneath the fondant" ? Will the fondant shapes stick well to it without slipping?
yes its a normal ganache cake not fondant covered. first set the ganache cake properly in fridge and then place the fondant decorations on it.

Instead of fondant can you use gum paste?
yes but toppers of gum paste become too hard and kids may not be able to eat them, also dont cover the full cake with gum paste else you will not be able to cut it.
Hello mam, I m a big fan of yours..Mam what should I mix in fondant for making figures stiff in monsoon climate? And how many days prior should I make them?
thank you so much, i dont mix anything in fondant. just work in an ac room and keep your fondant toppers and decorations in an ac room and they will remain fine.you can make them 1 to 2 days before, after making keep them in a cardboard box.

Mam what we can use to make cake soft and fluffy except card, condensed milk and buttermilk because in Eggless cakes we can not get the same texture as we get in egg one.. sometimes customers ask for more fluffiness.. plz reply mam
in celebration cakes you can you ready made premixes like from Pillsbury egg free.they give good consistency.

yes this is made on a regular chocolate ganache cake. it is not a full fondant covered cake.
