It’s very triggering for a lot of us, especially those who have been bullied and spoken down to because of the way we look. i cant tell you how many times I’ve been called an immigrant and told to mow a lawn, even by patients when I was in med school doing my emergency medicine rotation in the ER. You earn almost nothing from TV rights, sell muc fewer tickets and next to nothing merch, you do not generate any money to pay players. These are the reasons why women football players get paid much less. Want to pay women in football the same as men? Make them GM or headcoach, they'll thrive.
