Trainz What if: Nickel Plate Road 587 Returned to Steam

Since being retired in 2003, ex- Nickel Plate Road Mikado 587's restoration has been left unfinished as she sits disassembled at the Kentucky Steam Heritage Corporation's shops in Ravenna, Kentucky, awaiting funds to return to steam once again. But what would happen if when restoration is finally finished? Let's follow 587 as she pulls her first excursion in almost 25 years in this new edition of "Trainz What If!"

It’ll happen at some point in the future. We just have to wait for funding to begin. Besides, we need 587 back under power to show to the new generation of railfans today!
