I don't know if you guys already have plans to react to it, but I think you'd love to watch Suchwita, it's Yoongi's show where guests take their own beverage and they talk about a lot of stuff, but mainly music and the entertainment world too idk I just think it's something you guys would like to watch!!

29:00 Keep in mind that I am also white, English speaking and from North America (who has lived in SEA)...this comfort that we would feel going into a high stress situation believing that there would be understanding afforded to us bc we are foreign IS a privilege of white English speaking people. I'm not sure BTS members (or any POC) would say they had the experience that you're imagining, and in fact there's evidence to the contrary.
4oclock is a beautiful song indeed! The lyrics are poetic, tae's deep honey voice, and namjoon's powerful rap along with his vocals.. it's so pretty. 💕 These episodes never fail to make me cry like GOD i'm so emotional. 🤣😭And i've seen these episodes multiple times.. my heart is just overwhelmed with so much love for bts. 💜 Thank you for posting. Have i mentioned how much i appreciate you including the deleted scenes throughout this entire journey? Thank you!! Namjoon is the translator for the group but they will occasionally, not often, have an actual translator but even then namjoon does everything and i know that's very stressful and hard on him. He's incredible. They did cute versions for fire, dope, and boy in luv. The first time it was ever performed was during their 3rd muster and it was only jin, tae and hobi. Afterwards all seven decided to do it during their festa celebration in 2017. ☺
So with Cute version of "Boy in luv" it is actually medley of three song so you saw all this song but full clip has 3 minutes... This things they only do at fan concerts called Muster it is special concert for Armys for Armys birthday (bc fandom have birthday date and BTS always do special things for it, it is on 9th of july, Army day) do yeah this special concert usually have like special performance they play games they talk a lot more, they perform songs that aren't usually on their set list, also songs from all discography (no matter what album they did last), yeah this are special concerts and they are not easy to watch....
But yeah they did it for it, there is a lot performances from Muster, that are like wow, but like I said it is hard to watch them and find them, there is Jin rapping Sugas song... There are unit performances and a lot of fun outfits.
There is actually second version of this cute version but only with Jin, V and Jhope. They look do cute, with look it up.
When you are looking for "boy in luv cute version" both should show up this unit one and this you saw...
They did it only with unit of 3, bc another members dud different projects, Suga and Jimin dud "Tony Montana" as unit and RM and JK did "I know" it is actually their song they did for Festa as gift (BTS birthday) and then they performed it at Muster later.

I love so much 'First Love' and how raw and relatable the lyrics are...I think every creative person can relate to it's message. I just love the way Yoongi thinks and expresses himself 💜. The more rock-ish part that you heard at the end of the live performance of 'First love' is a transition piece of a sort that borrows elements from a solo from his first mixtape - 'Far Away' (another great song, you should check it out sometime). When they ended their Wings Tour in Seoul, at the end of 'First Love' the vocal line took the stage and sang some lines from the chorus of 'Far Away' it was really beautiful. I think on the chanel 'Enjoy BTS more' in the playlist for the Wings tour it is uploaded the thing I just talked about.😅 there are many live performances with subtitles on there (even legendary BTS performances from MAMA and MMA that are difficult to find with subtitles) if you are one day curious to check them out. Another great episode of ROB and ofc another great reaction from you guys. Loved hearing your thoughts!

Yes, there really has been very little representation of Asian musicians on these big western music charts, such as Billboard. Because Billboard originated in the US, I think it does have something to do a lot more with the language barrier than with racism, xenophobia, prejudice & nationalism, although there is also a bit of those last 4 as well. You do see a little bit, if not rarely, of Spanish songs on these charts & that is because Spanish is considered a de facto secondary language of North America. Some may argue that the charts do not necessarily represent only US artists, but we have seen over the decades many MANY musicians on the charts coming from English-speaking European nations, such as from the UK. The earliest times I recall seeing Asians (including Asian-American) on the charts was when the band, The Jets, were popping up on the charts back in the 1980's. The Jets are an American-Polynesian instrument pop band that got big in the '80's & they recently got together for a reunion tour. Maybe you should do a reaction of one of their top hits from back in the day. I think my sister bought one of their albums back then. Technically, for some, Polynesians are not considered Asian & are considered more Pacific Islander, but I think they are inherently Asian, as some of the ancient Oceania/Polynesia genetics & linguistics goes back to mainland Asia & SE Asia. Also, Bruno Mars is half Filipino & has been on the charts as well. PSY & Blackpink have been on the charts also. There was actually a Japanese artist, Sakamoto, who is considered the first Asian artist to make Billboard, & with a number one song, back in the early 1960's. Other Japanese artists are up & coming in recent times, such as Ado & Band-Maid (Japan & World Billboard charts). But BTS, afaik, is the most prevalent & most proficient Asian band in recent times on these 'mainland primary US' charts, including number one songs, thus not just only on the Billboard World charts. So, BTS, along with ARMY, is hugely paving the way, hopefully, for other artists of Asian descent to come onto these charts in the near & far future. Let's not also forget that BTS are also a non-American Asian band that is Grammy-nominated a few times already (at least 5 times) & also won many AMA's, so it's not just about Billboard. While perhaps finally getting a win on the "Scammy's" might be nothing after failing a few times already, it can still be considered huge & a big flex, so let's hope that someday BTS will get one. BTS = BigTimeSoldiers2025. :)

Thry actually meet John Legend year later I think and he come to them with album bc he wanted it singed for his dauther, and BTS was in seven heaven 😂 but the best part was that his kid was like 6 xD so everyone on internet was like "it is really for her" 😉
Ahh the clip at the end at bbma, this is one of few times they go to lounge for artist, like they don't do that, they did it maybe 2-3 times and never again... It is is quiet boring for them, and especially then they were not in position to have conversations, expect basic few things, but also people don't want to aproch them.
In years there are few artist that come to them to take selfie and say hello, like John I wrote at the beginning, and then there are two typs that come one is "they are big and people talk about them so I will go take a photo" and second "I will check who they are" but like chill, Taylor was like this, John was too, Pharrell, but yrah there are aso tjis that simply want a photo to "brag".
BTS said it before that people don't really want to get close to them, in Korea too, Jin said that they have themself, theirs families, and everyone has few friends but in general people don't want to know them....
