I experienced the same bad treatment in a Prada store in Vegas 😕 I end up buying in Gucci. I also worked in retail when I was in college and learned that customers service is pivotal not only for the business but also for me as an employee knowing that I was paid to treat the customers with respect and tact. Bad experiences like those happen in real life, not just in movies.

That salesperson is rude because he’s trying to intimidate you & is trying to challenge you, so you’ll end up buying it from him just to show him that you can, then he’ll earn. But its a good thing your humble enough to walk away & not show off that you have the money to buy it. He’s tactics didn’t work. Poor him. 😂
Just saw this video (stumbled accidentally on this because of her perfume video). I have to say, this happened to Oprah in Switzerland years back. Imagine - OPRAH. So hearing this happened to her in Los Angeles is unfortunately not surprising. I have money, like, right now, I can walk to a Chanel store and buy in cash the Chanel 2.55 flap bag. But if I do decide on buying it one day, I probably will bring someone with me and plan it ahead. My heart can't take the rudeness if the salesperson does that to me.
