    At 3:17 that's the famous "Hongo Beltza", which is porcini mushrooms with egg. And what they brought you at 9:93 is "Patxarán", a liquor made of distilled blackthorn fruit (in Spanish "endrino"). Patxarán is tasty but it usually gives (me at least) a monster hungover the next morning. Cool videos folks, glad to see you enjoyed San Sebastian!
