What do you think about moisturizers which already contain SPF? 2. should you wait (if yes, how long?) after using your moisturizer with applying your sunscreen? Actually, I have the same question regarding other stuff like eye serums etc. as well. And could you make a video like this (so a beginners guide) on shaving? Same reason here, it seems like there is only information on this by amateurs or the cosmetic companies themselves. Keep up the good work! I have found great improvement for dark under eyes with silicone cupping as the darkness is a result of blood pooling, with lymphatic drainage it will greatly help.
Ooh, I can help with that one! I have hereditary dark circles, so for me it doesn't matter how much or how well I sleep! The one thing that ever really worked for me is accupressure! There are four points to find that feel like little dents in the edge of your bone around the eye. The first one you start with is located right above the inner end of the eye, or right under the inner end of the eyebrow if that makes more sense. The second one is under the eye, right in the middle. The third one is a little further out, under the outer corner of the eye, and the fourth one is right above the outer corner. Now what you do with them is, depending on how sensitive they are, either press them, or gently rub them, with a finger tip, for 10 seconds, 3 times, before moving on to the next point. Do them in order, then massage gently the whole eye area with the palm of the hand, then massage the temples. Doing that twice a day I started seeing a difference after maybe a week or two and then you could probably reduce it to once a day. The darkness is gonna start to fade and the skin under the eye starts feeling thicker, less fragile... Hope that helps!

I have found great improvement for dark under eyes with silicone cupping as the darkness is a result of blood pooling, with lymphatic drainage it will greatly help.

Ooh, I can help with that one! I have hereditary dark circles, so for me it doesn't matter how much or how well I sleep! The one thing that ever really worked for me is accupressure! There are four points to find that feel like little dents in the edge of your bone around the eye. The first one you start with is located right above the inner end of the eye, or right under the inner end of the eyebrow if that makes more sense. The second one is under the eye, right in the middle. The third one is a little further out, under the outer corner of the eye, and the fourth one is right above the outer corner. Now what you do with them is, depending on how sensitive they are, either press them, or gently rub them, with a finger tip, for 10 seconds, 3 times, before moving on to the next point. Do them in order, then massage gently the whole eye area with the palm of the hand, then massage the temples. Doing that twice a day I started seeing a difference after maybe a week or two and then you could probably reduce it to once a day. The darkness is gonna start to fade and the skin under the eye starts feeling thicker, less fragile...
