The Lamenters didn't get screwed over today. Also these guys carry on through the absolute worst. Other chapters could learn about how to combine their military might with the actual altruism the marines were made for.

One thing about the Lamenters They may be the unlucky lot But they got heart and lots of courage during the war for badaab A huge space hulk call the unhallowed heart came into this sector of the asuna planet it was so demonic brimming with energy that it's presents made people go insane Lamenters chapter master Malakkin Forros sent his entire fleet in to stop it after so many losses the unhallowed heart brought in already through the sector of baddab Since they were the only ones that can take the presence of the unholeness of the behemoth of the spacehulk they fired everything's at it even bringing in boarding Crew's on to the behemoth trying to destroy it s plasma drives weapon caches everything went inside they could destroyed with demolition charges With all that damage they still wouldn't let up when it was retreating into the warp By the time they stopped it and lost four battleships and 300 battle brothers oh boy the losses but still they triumph and that's why I like Lamenters the unluckiest bunch that gets the job done
I prefer these guys over 1st founding ones in many things and if smurfs are an role model for a spacemarine organization these guys are what emprah expect from SM....to be the defenders of mankind these guts are the exact "defenders" of imperium while others excel in being an offensive ones
