There are different types of Hearing Impaired or people lose there hearing due to various issues. I think momola is suffering from TINNITUS form of Hearing loss then Hearing aid will be of no use.Hearing aid only amplify the sounds louder and the patient suffering from TINNITUS can not differentiate the sounds....they will suffer from poor speech discrimination and Hearing aid only makes sounds louder..I myself am suffering from TINNITUS

Momola depends on lipreading which we all do.....Hearing aid dosen't help at all in TINNITUS....there is no cure fr tinnitus till now...We suffers hear sound inside of our ear or brain like hising,whistling etc...there is a constant buzzing which outside people does not hear only those suffering frm tinnitus do.The only option is Cochlear implant.i too am a Hearing Impaired and it has ruined my life
