Nice Crown Signia I love the way it looks and I feel like this is a dandy of an SUV. While some of the specifications aren't quite set in stone as of currently, I think this is still a very very nice & striking SUV however, there are still X factors & Y factors that need to be solved.

This 2025 Toyota Crown Signia has a stunning, classy design, both outside and inside. I hope they keep all the features they show in this pre-production model.
YET, I was strongly disappointed it did NOT have the following features:
    1) HEADS-UP DISPLAY:
Yes, this feature may cost a bit more, but it is expected for a car in this category! For me, this would be a deal breaker.
    2) LUMBAR SUPPORT PASSENGER SEAT,
Why is Toyota penny-pinching here? It's about time to give the passenger the same comfort as the driver in a car like this. The driver is often younger than the passenger (long drives). How much could adding lumbar support to the passenger seat cost?
The following two are features the 2024 Honda CR-V has. Ouch!!
    3) BACK-PASSENGER DOORS that fully open,
    4) BACK SETS THAT RECLINE
    Final comment:
Car prices have increased considerably, much more than the cost of living. The shortage during COVID-19 increased prices, and since prices have not decreased, the supply chain issue has been resolved to a great extent.
I sincerely hope Toyota will pay attention to these simple changes and bring to market a first-class winner!

Sitting at around the 40-55k price point they are manufacturing way to many vehicles that are competing with eachother. Ex: The Highlander, Grand Highlander, 4Runner, Land Cruiser, and the Lexus NX are all suv vehicles that fall into that 40-55k price range and have way better powertrain options and are a few are much more capable vehicles🤷‍♂️

I love that there is another wagon “like” option other than volvo and Subaru. It’s a nice mix between the two. My only worry on this model is the actual headlight brightness, they seem extremely small and no fog lights. Also the ride on 21 inch rims being decent over bumps and potholes. My guess is it doesn’t have adaptive dampering like the regular crown platinum model with 21 inch rims

It's a popular choice for those seeking a blend of sophistication and reliability. The Crown has a long-standing history and is often used as a symbol of prestige in many countries. Very sad end to the Crown luxury sedan.

Why didn't toyota just take these crown concepts and just update the Venza. seem stupid to me

I am unsure of this, but I would imagine that they needed to create a platform for European suitable models. The Venza is not sold in Europe, this will be (and it certainly suits the likes of the EU consumee like myself)....

Peter: why is it toyota is using this piece of garbage transmission (ECVT) I'm a cab driver for 38 years this is the worst transmission I have driven with my personal car a 2018 crv. But my cab is a Toyota rav hybrid with automatic transmission perfect. So to Toyota I suggest don't ruin this beautiful/ amazing car give the buyer the option auto transmission/ ECVT w/c is a piece of garbage.
