Do you prime the canvas first to make the paint flow easier?

Thank you for the tutorial and example of a beautiful painting. But I agree, for it to be something that I can do I need to know what colors you used. Saying primary colors is not enough. For example, you used at least two different shades of blue and although blue is a primary color, knowing what shades are used will help tremendously! For example, cerulean blue, ultramarine blue, pale blue, etc.
If you slow down, a better monitor will show the color difference. Sky blue, lake blue, phthalein blue, cobalt blue, group blue are used. In the latest video, I'm going to put color in the top left corner. Thanks for watching.

The demonstration is self-explanatory and why would there be a need for a commentary?? I watched the video and found the sound track helped me focus on the painting knife strokes.
