In this video I power wash the dirtiest sidewalk I have ever seen. We make this sidewalk go from filthy to fabulous and give it a makeover. During the video I make a fun pattern of rings on the sidewalk. This sidewalk was super black. It had never been cleaned since it was put in so you can only imagine how filthy and dirty it was.
I hope you enjoy watching and find it as enjoyable as I did seeing it go from really dirty to clean.

Helpers generally get paid, and most (if not all) his jobs on youtube are done for free.
Between time, tools, maintenance, chemicals, and fuel, he was soending a good bit. Ad revenue really helps I am sure, but not so much when his channel was smaller.
I would have asked if they wanted their fence done I've seen some really nice results of that very impressive so extra money

I was wondering this myself 🤔 If he blessed me with free services I would definitely hire him for my regular lawn service.
I've heard him take calls from the owner to hire him out , he has referred them to someone else because his schedule was to full at least at that time.
There is no better satisfaction to a man when he builds, creates or solves issues using his own ingenuity and muscle to make something better. I just sat down and watched 43+ minutes of a man power washing a dirty sidewalk and the results were amazing. Keep doing what you are doing. It is appreciated by those of us, who do this every day, more than you can imagine. By the way, I subscribed.

I have taken a lot of advice from you in starting my own pressure washing company but a few tips of advice would to walk a little slower with the surface cleaner and to buy one with caster wheels they have them at Lowe’s for $150 and they have made the biggest difference for me and my company

Would have cleaned up the leaves in my yard before I had the walks cleaned.
I like the leaves in my garden, there are living a ton of little creatures in there that are very good for the ecosystem.
I would have swept and edged the walkway also. The grass growing higher than the walkway is causing water to run out of the grass and pond on the walkway making it dirtier.

It is likely a combination of dirt from the sidewalk not being edged to allow runoff and breakdown of organic matter like grass and those leaves.
You could see in his initial spray how much loose dirt just washed right back over his clean area.
He did really good work.

Good criticism: you should have worked the walkway first , because it is built so that the water will run down and away from the house onto the street (sidewalk)... the water will run from the sidewalk onto the curbside, keep your eyes on which way the water is running away from the building on the sidewalk or the driveway, start cleaning from the high side , you want to work behind the flow of the dirty water and mud...not in front of nor in the middle of... this usually happens when you are tired or trying to do too many things at one time. And [NO] I AM NOT TRYING TO GIVE YOU ANY BAD CRITICISM! Water runs away from the building, away from the sidewalk onto the curbside, away from the curbside down the side of the street into the street drain hole .

It’s the leaves.
Leaves and organic material breakdown make a drastic change to how dirty concrete gets.
Using a blower to clean off grass clippings and leaves helps a LOT.

Ya i actually had Pontiac fever several years ago...it SUCKED and it is why I don't clean ponds anymore. I was cleaning a pond and for a client and diagnosing why the pump was not working. it ended up that a snake got sucked in to the pump and died I cleaned it out and turned the pump back on. I remember the top of the pond looked like there was oil on it from the decaying snake and when i turned on the pump the water misted in to my face. I noticed the first symptoms almost right away and it became hard to swallow like strep throat.... I didn't think to much of it at the time i was a smoker at the time and figured i just had as sore throat but I also thought that it was pretty gross the water misted in my face and thought maybe that was the cause. after that i got pretty sick for a bout a week and it became very hard to breath. it was so bad that I quit smoking for a few weeks while i got better.
every job has its hazards all i can do is go to work and do my best to avoid that things that are in my control
