Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

Did did those 2 leave the suite in one ? I think they probably trashed it as they did not know to use anything. When we come to use it when we visit from Australia that the ship is in one piece.

Omg, we were on this cruise! You can see us at the 58 min mark waving to people on the shore. It was such a fun ship. We loved it so much we are taking our kids at the end of the month for their first cruise.

my family did concierge for the first time on the wonder for our first platinum cruise (upgraded at the port) and we were so utterly spoiled to the point that going back and not upgrading was not the same experience! concierge will change your look on cruising with disney for sure :') this is reminding me of those sweet memories!

We were supposed to be on the 4th sailing and we took our 50% OFF and booked a cruise within a month of the cancel and we booked a 7 day western Caribbean cruise on the Fantasy with regular veranda room and it paid for that cruise completely and gave us $200 cruise credit and it paid our tips.
When you walked into the store and showed the Cinderella figurines, I just about cried my eyes out. When I was really little, I had a Cinderella/Prince Charming windup figurine thatt "danced". Somehow, when we left Canada and moved to California, it disappeared. I don't know if it got let behind or lost, but it is something I have missed my entire life.
What a great video! I think Kerry should pack the wand for every cruise and ship tour. Lol - the ship looks beautiful and I completely agree that it just has that little extra "magic" touch.

My core memory is a little different. I was five years of age and we were immigrating to Australia on the 'Akirilaro' cruise ship. It took six weeks from England to Australia and we visited Italy (Naples, Pompei), Cape town, Mauritius before arriving in Fremantle in 1969. I remember the dress up party and having won it wearing some of mum (moms) clothes... I guess I have grown up cruising! Bernie in Sydney

U both were suppose to follow the Concierge agent to the lounge to which u would have a private lunch….as u boarded but instead u guys went off course. Watching this through your lenses was refreshing! 💚 The waving of the wand the entire time! I think this is by far the best WISH vlog!

You guys were so cute going into the lounge opening your soda…just had to smile. We went on our first cruise last November, almost exactly a year ago and went Concierge and it was amazing. But you’re right, I don’t think I could go non-concierge again. We’re going next fall on the Wish again…can’t wait!

I just watched the program a little while ago about the building of the wish and it was built in germany and then it was brought over here and as they were bringing it over here it took eleven days and they worked on the inside of the ship which was really cool

A bit late, but I just can't stop thinking of the Budget Suites I stayed in when I moved states a long time back when I see that room layout. One of the main differences is two TVs with a wall separating them instead of a swivel TV and an opening for a single TV between the two rooms. Also, it's decorated far nicer. I like it.

No way. Casinos are not part of the family friendly promotions. Casinos are trashy and full of smokers and booze hounds. I do NOT want my kids exposed to that. Stick with Carnival if you want to engage in that activity.

Just found this video. We’re staying in the same stateroom in May; my first ever cruise! It’ll be me, my husband, and our 13 and 10 year olds. We also were supposed to sail on the Wish last summer and took advantage of the 50% off to book concierge. Thanks for sharing all the details!
How did you find that deal?
Our inaugural sailing on the Wish got canceled when the ship wasn’t ready on time. So Disney offered us 50% off on any future sailing. We’d probably never afford concierge otherwise, so we decided to do it this time. Just got off the Wish yesterday and it was beyond magical!

Totally worth it to do concierge, especially when you’ve got kids that you want to have separate space from. I highly recommended naps on the Concierge sun deck on deck 13 and grabbing free drinks at the Concierge bar before going to the shows every night.

We are sailing concierge next week on the Wish. When I saw that the length of the vlog was 1 and a half hours. I said no way. After watching this one we couldn’t wait to watch the next one. It’s like we are just eavesdropping on you conversations fun and smooth experience. Can’t wait for the Castaway video. We have a cabana also. No 100K watches for us though.
