Pete was looking for Porno Intros a few weeks ago (for the Pro teaches noob series) and I actually suggested he should do this one with Upset.
Which he obviously did use, but without the dialogue.

Understanding the game and playing it is very different, a lot of casters/coaches aren't GM or Challenger, some guys coaches GMs and they're like Plat, so.... they're pro but if Pete can't use those tips in his games, he'll never go farther than Gold

I actually did not know that animation cancel level up from pressing the B on the hub. Can't remember the last time I ever clicked that xD
It does work the other way round - you can press b on keyboard and upgrade with mouse
but you can also press e when you upgrade so you start running instead of standing still :)

Instead of pressing b you can use e to cancel the evolve on your way to lane, that way your not stopping and getting to lane faster with the speed up

One thing I'd like to comment
Precision scales much better than Inspiration. For the most part, that's the point of the rune page. PoM in my opinion isn't that good but since you don't really have anything else for mana it's there if you need it. Bloodline always, since I honestly think if you take Alaracity it's just a waste of the precision tree, and the Lifesteal is great, since like Upset says, her core build lacks lifesteal.
Another thing about the precision tree I'd like to say is that if you feel like you don't need the extra mana, it's pretty nice to opt into overheal. It provides a pretty nice shield and I honestly feel that PoM isn't that great. The rune also scales very well, but you do hurt your early game some since you lack mana. I recommend taking this rune if you feel you have the option to scale safely in lane.
One tip! If you take the precision tree, I highly recommend trying to be there, or at least to just throw a W, at the dragon, since an assist on the dragon contributes to stacking your Legend : Bloodline, or Alaracity, which is very helpful, since often times it can take a bit to stack.
Kai'sa is pretty short ranged and is a scaling carry, so sometimes, especially in really bad lane matchups, like Caitlyn, it's better to opt for sustain from cookies. The HP and mana regen can be pretty helpful for surviving lane, since if you take precision your Bloodline will take a while to stack up, and early game pretty much does little to nothing.
For the other rune besides cookies, I'd say you really only have two options, in boots or cosmic insight.
Insight is nice to reduce the cooldowns of summoners in general, but I'd recommend only taking this if you decide to spec into Galeforce since it'll decrease the item cooldown a decent amount as well.
The more popular one, boots, is the one you'll be going in most, if not all situations. It's free boots. However, I will say you might want to spec into insight if you feel that your lane matchup requires you to dodge a lot of skillshots or just generally have high mobility to survive early, to the point to where you need early boots. The obvious problem with Magical Footwear is that you won't have boots for 10-or-so minutes, so bear that in mind.
I know this was long in terms of just rune, but TL;DR
Precision scales better than inspiration
Inspiration better for surviving lane to get into the mid-late game.
Insight is an option if you NEED early boots or are going galeforce.

Easier way to animation cancel the upgrade, do the opposite, using your mouse click the upgrade button and press B on keyboard at same time. Much easier.

I wanna point out a thing that i think isnt the best thing to do: The Q-Upgrade Animation cancel with the BP is Not that good. I always upgrade my Q by pressing the upgrade with my mouse and pressing E on the Keyboard, because the Animation is easier to cancel (in my Opinion), because you just Need to press the buttons at the Same time, and you don’t Need to stand still for like half a Second; instead your e gets activated and you get a little faster to Lane, and your e cooldown gets up when you Arrive at Lane. For W… i honestly Dont know, because i Never Level up W, but i assume you can do it the Same way you do it with Q. The E-Upgrade Anination Cancel that i use is kinda the same that you Used in the Video, except i press B on the Keyboard and use my mouse on the Upgrade itself, because -again- i think it’s easier to do it (Hit the buttons at the Same time again)
