@@pobalex So, two things. One, Quebec is enormous, and two, most of Canada is bilingual lmao. Most of the world outside the U.S, actually. Most of Canadian public schools are french immersion, and frankly if you live in Ontario or Quebec (which make up 60% of the entire country's population) you're gonna end up speaking both with like 90% certainty.
