I work in construction and when I pull in from a purchase order we get lots of billable to unchecked. I have changed our company preference under time and material to un-checked billable, but it still shows up checked every time. (what a pain when you have 50+ items on a purchase order that now has to be unchecked as a bill!) QuickBooks support was baffled and unhelpful. Any ideas anyone??

Actually, Iam using QuickBooks 2013, it was setup by someone else and i t did not have this column 'billable", I have taken a backup of that company & I am setting up a new company, But I cant get rid of this column, there is someway to get rid of this, But I don't know how can that be done!

Hello Greg, I hope I spell your name right. My name is Nadia. How do you add your inventory quantity after you deleted? I wanted to start from the beginning, so I deleted the quantity. And how do you put a item receipt?
