- Normally I don't like going to car washes that actually touch your car with brushes. When I saw this place from the street, I thought it had one of those newer Laserwash models because of the signage. It turns out that this wash is made by the same company, but is completely different. When I was pulling around, I saw the brush hanging from the side and didn't think that it was too bad, but I didn't see the brush at the top that completely took me by surprise! Overall, this was probably the most awesome and high-tech car wash that I have ever been to, and it did a FANTASTIC streak-free, spot-free job. Follow me on:

In Ireland all Car Washes in bays are brush washes. Rare to have one without brushes.

An interesting car wash...here in Australia our car washes are mostly just one machine that has everything including brushes, (usually one on each side and one for the roof on top) in a bay. Look forward to more of these vids.

Pdq systems are very unique they do a good job at cleaning your car
Found one of these systems tonight. It did a good job, but the owner of the wash has the prices set really high compared to other washes.
Cool video. I myself have gone to a mobil car wash that looks and operates exactly like this one. It's in my neck of the woods In sunset hills on Lindbergh blvd by a steak n shake and shop n save. It works pretty much the same way as the one in this video but it now has one extra rain rinse down added before the brushes are about done, and plus if you get the most expensive wash which costs 12 bucks you get a rain falling down hot wax treatment which includes red LED lighting. This mobil car wash also does accept debit cards as well. It works great for me every time and my 2010 ford fusion always looks nice afterwards. I think a lot of car washes are going to this new type of stuff on the inside for a better cleaning of any kind of automobile.

Unfortunately, this famous machine has since been replaced with a used LaserWash 360. It must’ve had another issue, and couldn’t be fixed.

yes. Tandem Ritetouch was the original name. Then they got renamed ProTouch Tandem and they are still being made.

PDQ tandem are cool and what wash did you get and this one didn't have that bong or sound telling you to move forward or anything but it is a nice wash can you do a PDQ pro touch icon
I went to the PDQ web site. they discontinued making the Protouch Icon. They still make the Pro Touch Tandem and they are also making the Tandem Surfline.
